I spent a pleasant Saturday having lunch at Bros' trattoria with some friends. We were the only ones in the place and this meant that the attention to food and service were exceptional. The menu is not very varied but the dishes are well presented and very good, respecting the Salento tradition.
The location is very beautiful both inside and outside (despite it not being very furnished due to winter). I recommend stopping by for anyone who wants to learn about Salento traditions and tastes in a little-known area like Scorrano.

We celebrated the baptism of our little girl and we were very happy to have chosen Trattoria Bros. Stunning location, both inside and outside, exceptional food, typical Salento as if made by grandmother with fresh, high quality ingredients. The service was fantastic, courteous and highly professional and what's more they satisfied our requests both before and during lunch. The cake deserves a separate mention, superb. Everyone was happy and satisfied so thank you for allowing us to spend such an important event with our family.

Exceptional dining experience! High quality raw materials, traditional cuisine but with a refined technique. Professional and welcoming service. Surprising value for money for such a fine meal. Definitely one of my favorite places!

one of the best trattorias, in terms of value for money, I have ever been to. High quality raw materials cooked with excellent technique. The wines, although few, are of excellent quality. The service: perfect, kind and welcoming waiters. only two flaws: caprese cake that was not yet cooked and burnt coffee.

I went to a restaurant yesterday for lunch with my boyfriend, we ate typical dishes that reflect the local tradition.
Well-kept location and qualified and super helpful staff.
If you are in Salento, especially in Scorano, I highly recommend you stop by the Bros restaurant!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Bros Trattoria restaurant in Scorrano (LE) and I can say without hesitation that it was an extraordinary culinary experience. From the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service, every detail has been taken care of with great attention.
The menu offers a selection of typical local dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The staff was extremely friendly and competent, ready to recommend the best wine pairings to enhance the chosen dishes.
I recommend passing through these parts to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience. I will definitely be back!
