Very nice location and very kind and professional staff. Unfortunately we didn't eat well, I certainly expected better despite the reviews having prepared me. I didn't even understand the concept well (is it a local proposition? a mix? The typically Salento dishes are accompanied by dishes such as cassata - which was actually a zuccotto rather than a cassata - ravioli). Starters ok, some tasty, some less, the first course disappointing (ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter, cooked too many times and with plenty of salt). Second courses ok, desserts not unforgettable. The offer of wines is sparse and the staff has little knowledge of wines. Extremely slow service, large portions. I'm not happy to write this review but I definitely wouldn't return.

Fresh and local raw materials, with the "large" menu you leave very satisfied. Very courteous service. Relaxing, cool environment surrounded by greenery with excellent music in the background to accompany the experience.

Frankly, I don't understand the inclusion in the Michelin guide and the review of Gambero Rosso First of all, quite seriously, when we called to book they told us that the ATM wasn't working, okay, nothing bad but then when we paid in cash they didn't provide the receipt! which is quite serious for a restaurant that costs at least 60 EUR per person. The place is very beautiful and quiet and the raw materials are good but not wanting to consider the pasta a little raw and a little salty they have no idea of ​​the dishes and wines they present. It seems they have to stick to the fixed menu going forward to the machine. I know the area, the local dishes and the wines but I didn't get an answer to my questions about the winery or even the restaurant. The desserts were not bad, they were sufficient but absolutely not local (Caprese cake!), The wines were scarce.

I give 4* to the environment because there wasn't a bit of background music, in my opinion it was the only thing missing to make everything perfect.

Il ragazzo argentino davvero bravo e accogliente. La puccia cotta nel forno a legna ha un sapore squisito, antipasti buoni e il primo con il manzo era 🚀. Velocizzerei solo i tempi di attesa tra gli antipasti e i primi.

Truly a great place to spend an evening with friends or as a couple, truly exceptional dishes, kind and competent service... I recommend you go there on an empty stomach, the portions are substantial 😅

Very good traditional food, great service. The only downside is the occasional noise from the nearby football pitch. Perfect destination for tourists that haven't tried any grandma's food!
