22/06/2024: Ok, so this is a gem to seek out and make the trip. They earned their 2 Michelin stars.

13/06/2024: We had a reservation at 8:00 PM. It took until 9:30 PM before we got our first meal. Aperitif took a very long time. No appetizers with the aperitif. The room itself was rather plainly furnished. The variety in the cellar was nice. The fact that they sent you out for a walk with 1 dish was unnecessary in my opinion. Some mistakes were made with the service. No non-alcoholic drinks were proposed. The food was all tasty and surprising. The young chef brings unique things in a unique way. But it was all very little. We ate no fish, hardly any meat, little bread. The dishes were all very small. No cookies with coffee. You shouldn't leave a restaurant like this hungry. The 2 desserts were very little. And all the food took a long time. Conclusion: what we ate was certainly tasty and surprising, but the quantity was too little, the dessert was not surprising enough and the service could have been much faster and was disappointing. I'm sure the restaurant will be promising if they change this. What was very nice was that everyone from the kitchen was personally introduced by name.
