We didn't sleep there, but we ate in the charming, traditional restaurant. The service was friendly and welcoming. Delicious food, a great menu and wine list. We'll definitely be back when we're in Castelrotto/Kastelruth.

Great place and everybody is super nice. The spa was incredible and the gym was great. The only thing I would add is if you're American just be aware that the steam rooms are mostly nude and coed. A little bit shocking coming from the United States, but my wife and I didn't really have any issues after the first 15 minutes of getting used to it. We would definitely go back.

I base my review solely on our lunch visit to the restaurant, which should have been a special treat for us during Ferragosto. The ambiance and cuisine were outstanding, but the service left much to be desired and didn't live up to the promises and expectations. We were served by a total of nine waiters who weren't coordinated with each other and were split into three groups, each responsible for us for an hour. There was neither communication nor an orderly handover between shifts, and the kitchen also suffered as a result, having its problems with the scheduling. We had a reservation for 12:30 p.m. and opted for a surprise menu, the last course of which was served three and a half hours later. This is simply not worthy of such a magnificent-looking hotel/restaurant with such a wonderful setting.

A very stylish, yet cozy hotel. The food and service, in particular, were truly perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My favorite hotel when I go skiing on the Alpe di Siusi. A perfectly maintained historic building. Excellent breakfast and spacious rooms. Very helpful staff.

Very beautiful and elegant hotel, we stopped for lunch, but in the past I have also been a guest of the very well-kept hotel, a true 5-star, our lunch was delicious, very careful, even if we stopped almost when the kitchen was closing, we had lunch outside and everything was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel. We went there for a New Year's Eve ski week. Since we're a young couple, we don't recommend this place to young people looking for a bit of excitement on the last night of the year. There was no DJ or professional sound system... which, considering the cost of the week, would be appreciated. The dinner was very boring, always with no background music. Even though we had half-board, no one told us that New Year's Eve dinner was excluded (the quote stated it was one of the included meals) and that it would be an additional cost. Another flaw... we had a pet-friendly room, and one evening when we showed up with our dog, they didn't let us sit because the pet-friendly room was full. They never asked if we wanted to eat with our dog. Communication isn't the best, but the facility is truly beautiful. The spa is superb! The king-size beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Everything is well-maintained. The breakfast in the room was served impeccably and was truly plentiful. Very good restaurant, always delicious dinner. The fresh fruit in the room every day was much appreciated. Friendly staff. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

Stylish hotel with great service and beautiful rooms! We had a wonderful aperitif with lots of candlelight! We'll be back soon!

Stayed 3 nights while visiting the Dolomites. Very spacious rooms, multiple facility’s and perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, went out their way multiple times. Would highly recommend to anybody staying in Fie. Also has a spa, heated pool, massage and even rock climbing!
