A truly excellent experience! As soon as I entered the Nespresso store, I was greeted with great warmth and professionalism. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and above all, very knowledgeable: they listened to my preferences and guided me in choosing the perfect coffee for my tastes. The tasting was a truly enjoyable experience: they offered me a truly delicious coffee, carefully explaining its characteristics and origin. I could sense a true passion for the product and genuine attention to the customer. Impeccable service, which transformed a simple purchase into a pleasant and personalized experience. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll definitely be back!

I stopped by the store out of curiosity and left feeling truly satisfied!!! The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable: Marco, in particular, offered me a delicious coffee to try and, with great clarity, explained the differences between the Vertuo and Original systems. I particularly appreciated their willingness to answer my questions, including about subscriptions, which were explained precisely and transparently, without any pressure. I'll definitely be back!!!!!
