Behind the counter was Mr. Andrea. He made the difference between normal shopping and an interesting explanation of aromas, tools, and flavors. He also provided a demonstration and tasting of excellent iced coffee.

I stopped by the store out of curiosity and left feeling truly satisfied!!! The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable: Marco, in particular, offered me a delicious coffee to try and, with great clarity, explained the differences between the Vertuo and Original systems. I particularly appreciated their willingness to answer my questions, including about subscriptions, which were explained precisely and transparently, without any pressure. I'll definitely be back!!!!!

The tasting was a truly enjoyable experience: they offered me a truly delicious coffee, carefully explaining its characteristics and origin.
