I stopped by the store out of curiosity and left feeling truly satisfied!!! The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable: Marco, in particular, offered me a delicious coffee to try and, with great clarity, explained the differences between the Vertuo and Original systems. I particularly appreciated their willingness to answer my questions, including about subscriptions, which were explained precisely and transparently, without any pressure. I'll definitely be back!!!!!

The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and above all, very knowledgeable: they listened to my preferences and guided me in choosing the perfect coffee for my tastes.
