I tried two tablets. The 50% cocoa milk chocolate: very disappointing and practically without aftertaste; grainy. 100% cocoa chocolate, on the other hand, is very sweet (therefore the cocoa chosen must be of high quality), with a not intense but pleasant flavor, and a certain graininess on the palate. I find it disconcerting that the store manager was unable to tell me where the cocoa beans came from. The price of €6 per hectogram is honest, but for a little more you can find chocolate of decidedly superior quality.
