Hotel restaurant with a set menu and daily specials. The food is very good, and the portions are generally filling. The best olive oil is from Ascolan! Prices are fixed, and water, wine, and coffee are included. Unfortunately, the food and side dishes don't always arrive at the same time. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's our regular spot in the area.

Tonight is the first time I came to eat, excellent cuisine, excellent prices, but the beautiful thing that I liked was seeing the chef eating in the dining room, together with the customers, it gave me a feeling of family. I will definitely be back.

19/02/2026: Very nice setting, quiet atmosphere, excellent lunch, accompanied by an excellent glass of Lacrima di Morro D'Alba! A pleasant discovery in Piazza del Popolo in Fermo!
07/12/2025: Enoteca Bar a Vino di Rossi Giuseppe is a true gem in Fermo. An intimate and welcoming place, with a warm atmosphere and extremely kind and attentive staff. We went for dinner after a theater show and were truly surprised by the surprise menu, entirely entrusted to the chef. A winning choice, because every course was excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The variety of dishes and the quality of the flavors make the experience even more special. The price was absolutely fair for what was offered. A place we'll definitely return to.
