A delightful discovery! The spartan exterior doesn't do justice to the excellent cuisine offered inside. Creative, well-executed, and tasty appetizers are the prelude to a fantastic, finger-licking freshly made paella. The wait staff is very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. A truly wonderful discovery!

We had dinner last night with friends. Roiter is always a guarantee, with excellent dishes, from appetizers to dessert. Thanks to the owner, who always serves with a smile and great kindness.

We went to Roiter on a Friday evening, arriving from Bologna to spend a relaxing weekend at the Ancora Hotel. What can I say? We highly recommend this place for two reasons: the relaxed atmosphere and the food! You feel at home and the staff is friendly, especially the owner, the Spanish chef's wife! We ordered two appetizers: stuffed mussels and cod crostini; we continued with the seafood paella. Excellent paella, delicious and prepared with so much love! Congratulations! We paired it with a bottle of La Sastreria, which paired the dishes very well. The wait was a bit long, but that's to be expected on a Friday evening with exceptional weather! To finish, they offered us a homemade herbal liqueur and lots of smiles. We will definitely be back! Rossella and Tommaso

Bellissima serata in compagnia con amici, abbiamo provato la paella ai frutti di mare e la paella al nero di seppia, tutte buonissime, il servizio è ottimo, le cameriere sono gentilissime. Da riprovare sicuramente.
