Excellent service and food. Grilled calamari and shrimp scampi were excellent. Expensive relative to other Bologna restaurants, but it was a great experience and the flavors were amazing.

21/12/2025: I had a very pleasant time here! I was visiting friends during the holidays and was looking forward to some classics from my region, and Grassilli has been a great choice! The tortelloni were perfect, tasty and with the right thickness in the closure, some of the best I have had in years 😍 The tarte tatin was delicious. I appreciated the fact that the menu is simple and short, with a few high quality options. The atmpsphere is cozy and a little vintage and the waiters were welcoming and nice. I definitely recommend it for a typical tasty lunch or dinner in the beautiful center of Bologna.

10/12/2025: Delicious authentic Bolognese food. Took a bit to get our server's attention, but the place was packed. "Light appetizer" for 2 people pictured 😅
07/12/2025: I enjoyed all the dishes I tried. I started with an entree consisting of good mortadella and deliciously soft eggplant. The dry tortellini were delicious and very small, with slightly thick pastry. To finish, a sublime artichoke in milk. So, I'd say: for the food, I recommend it. Unfortunately, we tried several sparkling white wines, but none of them were memorable. The review is more than positive for the food, but I hope the wines improve. I haven't stopped at Fabio's in a while, but I'm glad it hasn't become a tourist hotspot. Very good.
