We ate here with a large group of 11 people and were absolutely thrilled. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Communication in English and with our limited Italian worked perfectly – everything was explained to us patiently and warmly. The restaurant is a wonderfully authentic and down-to-earth place. The pizzas have a particularly thin, crispy crust and are topped with extremely good and flavorful ingredients. In addition to the excellent pizza, they also serve genuine cucina contadina (traditional, rural cuisine). It's the ideal place to experience a truly authentic piece of Italian culinary history on your plate. The value for money is simply unbeatable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is in the area – ideal, for example, for those vacationing at the hu openair (Norcenni Girasole village) in Figline Valdarno.
