Typical Piedmontese cuisine. We had lunch on January 1st. Homemade appetizers with salami and ham, raw meat, Russian salad, pepper with anchovy and more, especially the raw meat is good. Serve you directly with the tray, and very kindly always asked if we wanted more.
Then the first courses (five): a tagliolini with mushrooms, two gnocchi, one with ragù and the other with drool, a tagliolini with ragù and a polenta with raschera cheese and ragù.
A second course, Milanese with french fries and herbs and a side dish with potatoes and herbs.
Three desserts.
Four water, a liter of red and a half of white.
Very kind service, convenient parking, pleasant environment and view.
Bill €220!!!! Dearest!!!
Luckily four coffees and two bitters were offered.

Those restaurants where time seems to have stopped. Classic mountain restaurant, very elegant and welcoming, with ample parking and a large veranda with a beautiful view of the mountains. I suppose it's a family-run place, with typical Piedmontese cuisine at very reasonable, almost too honest prices. The round of starters includes a choice of four or five different courses, including cold cuts with salami and ham, Russian salad with mayonnaise, I believe it is home-grown but I'm not sure, peppers with anchovies and green sauce, very delicate, you can't even taste it. 'garlic, then fresh Alba meat well seasoned and not at all dry, fabulous. For just 9 euros a gentleman's appetizer. Everything is very good and of good quality, and they come to serve you directly with the tray, where they don't hold back when you ask for a small reinforcement. Then the first courses... how good are the tagliolini with local mushrooms, a very filling dish, but the polenta with typical local raschera cheese is also praiseworthy, lots of cheese and little oil, nice and dense with a delicate flavour, I recommend it. Here too you always spend very little with 9 euros per dish. The desserts, each one better than the other and all homemade, all accompanied by a very good house wine, a delicate and pleasant sweet. Enter here, you will be welcomed by professional people who have always been truly polite, and enjoy a delicate moment of absolute relaxation, far from the stress of the city. Highly recommended, absolutely worth stopping to eat.

Sublime experience, memories resurface through the authentic flavors of genuine cuisine. It is eaten very well and in generous quantities. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Volevo una serata al fresco con ottima cena. Non ho sbagliato. Mangiato fuori al fresco, tutto ottimo un menù stupendo, abbondante. Gestito tutto in famiglia, cortesia e gentilezza. Siamo già stati e ritorneremo sicuramente. BRAVI

Ristorante consigliato da esterni per cibo ottimo e posto all’aperto! Pranzo con i nonni, super felici di aver preso un po’ di fresco ma soprattutto per aver gustato piatti ottimi!!!!!! Vogliono tornarci per il loro 60esimo anniversario di matrimonio! Personale super! Noi in particolare siamo stati seguiti da una ragazza molto graziosa, gentile, sorridente, preparata!!! Brava!! Bionda con occhi azzurri( se leggerai questa recensione, sappi che questi complimenti sono per te e da parte anche dei nonni!)
