I have been a regular customer for almost 20 years and I must say that the experience was extraordinary as always. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel at ease. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and welcoming, with furnishings with attention to the smallest details that create a perfect environment for any occasion, be it a romantic dinner, a family reunion or a meeting with friends. The menu is simply delicious, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The cuisine expertly combines fresh, high-quality ingredients with refined culinary techniques. I had the opportunity to taste different courses, from appetizers to desserts, and each of them was a discovery of incredible flavors and aromas. Particularly noteworthy is the seafood risotto, perfectly balanced and full of flavour, as is the grilled steak, cooked to perfection. Another aspect that positively struck me is the wine list, very well assorted and with labels from different wine regions, allowing you to pair each dish with the most suitable wine. The sommelier was very competent in advising me on the best pairing to enhance the flavors of my dinner. The table service was impeccable: the staff is attentive, professional and always available, without ever appearing intrusive. Every request was answered promptly and with a smile, helping to make the whole experience even more enjoyable. Finally, the quality-price ratio is excellent. Considering the quality of the dishes, the care in the presentation and the level of service offered, the prices are absolutely justified and accessible. In conclusion, the restaurant represents a high-level culinary experience, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. I highly recommend trying this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable evening of good food and excellent service.

Family-run place surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view, the furnishings are rather simple and homely, with the possibility of having meals outdoors. The dishes were very good, personally in addition to the starters (all of excellent quality), I took half a portion of Raschera gnocchi and half of mushroom gnocchi and it was all really delicious. The portions are generous and the prices are normal, overall I can be satisfied. I only advise you to book in advance because you might not find a place later.

Un aperitivo da non perdere. Una sorpresa a Frabosa Soprana!! Ai piedi del Monte Moro,al ristorante Rododendro,locale che con piacere frequento da anni, è possibile sorseggiare un aperitivo eseguito con cura. Noi abbiamo bevuto un mojito,ma la scelta è ricca,accompagnato da assaggini gustosi. L'ambiente è piacevole, la serata tiepida, tutto invita al relax...ci torneremo certamente..Brava Valeria. There is nothing to add about the restaurant to what has been said over the decades. All of the highest quality, fresh and cared for which has made it rightly famous. The novelty of the aperitif in the magnificent outdoor place was a surprise. It goes hand in hand with the quality of the restaurant. Added to this is the beauty of the location and the tranquility of the surrounding greenery.
