08/01/2026: While window-shopping on the first day of sales, we decided to stop at Cibando for a quick bite. A truly fortunate choice. The place is delightful, tastefully decorated, and exudes a familiar feel: the tables, chairs, and glasses evoke the idea of ​​being at home, with a simple and authentic elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The open kitchen concept is also wonderful: transparency, warmth, and the aroma of delicious food. The menu is deliberately limited, but every dish exudes quality and attention to detail. The leavened pastries prepared by the chef are amazing, starting with the truly remarkable homemade giardiniera. Special mention goes to the carbo-toast, surprising and incredibly successful. The staff is excellent: attentive, organized, and always courteous. To complete the experience, pleasant background music and single-serving bottles of amaro complete the meal with the same high quality that distinguishes it from start to finish. A place where even a quick break becomes a moment to remember. We will definitely return, without a doubt.
