ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT PIOLTELLO In Pioltello

It's not the first time this has happened to me... 20 minutes to take our order, and with only 5 tables, one of which arrived after us, and was easily served first (with drinks). We had to call the waitresses to order, and after another 20 minutes, they were reminded that there was still no water. The wait for our dishes was long, but unfortunately, one of our appetizers was missing. It wasn't a big deal, except that it was almost finished. There were 5 staff in the dining room, including the manager. Admittedly, almost all of them were young and new, but apparently poorly organized, except for the poor older waitress who served everyone alone and was incredibly kind (maybe because we were writing the review?!?). Respect for customers seems to have been lacking in this place for some time now. I'm sorry, because we're regulars.

The food is delicious nothing to say, but they don’t have team members, everytime we came we had to wait around 40-50 minutes. They should get more workers because people got annoyed by the waiting time.

....less and less staff in the dining room, half an hour to get some mayonnaise while everything gets cold, 15 minutes difference between my dish and my daughter's....

Chosen at the last moment, that is, where we go to eat, we are closed and ended up here, in this restaurant. We ate two excellent burgers, me with a double cutlet and my wife with a classic burger. We left satisfied, fast service! Recommended for the countless promos that are available for every day of the week.

Everything is normal, the only flaw is the men's bathroom where the blackout film has been removed from the window and therefore you can see inside from the outside.
