I wasn't convinced. The service was very slow; I waited over half an hour to be served and only received everything after a prompt. The dishes arrived hot, which means they were pre-cooked and reheated (in the microwave?) on the spot. The meat in the sandwich was minimal, and everything was messy, with the meat unevenly distributed. A positive note is that they accept tickets. The €2.50 cover charge is a bit steep, but at least it included a welcome drink of nachos and hot sauce. I recommend serving the appetizers right away, otherwise what kind of appetizers are they? At least they satisfy your hunger. Only some of the waiters were friendly; others were listless and annoyed. Another negative note is that they don't accept reservations on Saturdays, and you have to wait in line for a table.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the waitress was truly exceptional, courteous, and attentive. Compliments also to the young woman who served us and to the entire staff.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because when you log in, you lose internet connection. I tried the internal entrance, but the external 5G entrance door was at maximum reception. If you want to connect to Roadhouse's Wi-Fi, you have to agree to everything and accept the various requests. Absurd. Could there be an internet signal jammer? Because my cell phone works fine for calls. Trick to understand your data and then send you tons of information. And I forgot, you have to download their app.

We had a great time, the staff were friendly and the meat was of excellent quality.

Roadhouse is in line with the other restaurants in the chain, good food, and fast table service. The only problems were the slippery oil bottle with only a half-centimeter left, and the 15-minute wait to pay the bill.

Sono stata a mangiare in pausa pranzo, servizio velocissimo, ragazzi molto disponibili e super gentili, ho mangiato molto bene e in poco tempo.. bellissimo anche il Dehor esterno, ideale per l inizio di queste belle giornate.. ragazzi in cucina molto bravi, cattura della carne ottima, e fritti caldi e preparati al momento.. panino Rspecial classico ma sempre una certezza! Super consigliato a tutti
