17/06/2024: The burger was excellent, lots of delicious options. We were well attended to, everyone was kind to us, even though it was already at the end of the working day. Our daughter received two toys at checkout.

28/05/2024: 05/27/2024 dinner Let me start by saying that I have already been there many times and I have always had a good time with the waiters. Last night however I found completely incompetent and listless staff, the only one who survived was the slightly older waitress with the red apron. The order was taken badly and in a hurry (waitress with glasses) asked her questions without listening to our requests, in fact I received the canta without lemon (if it had only been this I would have ignored it) and the wrong dish went to my mother . The boy who brought us the drink, not even a word, left the drinks on the table and we had to arrange them ourselves, the spilled wine holding the bottle with two hands, but whatever. The dishes arrived and the careless waiter dropped something from my mother's plate without giving a damn. The wrong dish was the only one we didn't like (in fact we hadn't chosen it). While my mother is still finishing eating they begin to clear the table (it's 9pm and there are tables that have just been sat down, so don't even say they need to be carried forward). As soon as my mother put the last forkful in her mouth, the waitress (always the same) took the plate out from under her to ask us for some desserts. I asked to add a scoop of ice cream, but it couldn't be done, even though it's on the menu and even though I've already done it, but last night apparently it couldn't be done. A miscommunication for a bitter and not even an apology. For a €150 bill, I don't expect to be served 5 stars, but at least decently
