ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT ERBA In Erba

There was a long wait for everyone last night, both while taking the order and while waiting for the food. My girlfriend has been sick since last night because of a chicken wing that was a little cold. There's the dilemma of not having enough staff either in the dining room or in the kitchen. I know that staff costs need to be kept to a minimum, but to provide a complete service, the workforce should be increased. In my opinion, that's why the dining room doesn't fill up completely since customers come in, receive this service, and don't want to come back.

I'm here every Thursday for dinner, great for both light and super fat foods :)

We extend our compliments to the young woman who served us, who was friendly and always smiling. My family and I stopped by chance after visiting the Lario fairgrounds, right near the Roadhouse, and we were very impressed by the kindness of the wait staff member who welcomed and served us. Unfortunately, we don't know her name, but she was very good!
