The meat is excellent, but they made a mistake in the bill, we paid more than we should have and there was no way to fix it.

Abundant and tasty food, fair value for money, comfortable and nice environment, with comfortable disabled bathrooms I would like to add a note as we went to the restaurant in the company of a disabled person in a wheelchair and we found the staff to be truly extraordinary kindness and sensitivity, it was a pleasant lunch with every comfort thanks to the availability and attention received

The dining room staff deserves the sixth star. A heartfelt thank you for the attention received today. I had lunch there with a person with a rather serious disability. The service they offered us was excellent in putting us at ease and helping us manage some difficulties. Small attentions that made staying with them pleasant. Keep it up!!!! Now the review of the restaurant... Typical cuisine of this type of establishment. The "lunch menu" offer is good, with a correct quality/quantity/price ratio. The place is clean and there are no odors coming from the kitchen area. The restaurant is in a shopping center, so the parking situation is optimal.

I spent a pleasant evening, the service was truly impeccable with particular attention to the customer. I highly recommend it, we will be happy to return ☺️

I stopped for a quick lunch break, and the girl was very attentive to my requests. Excellently cooked steak, friendly and attentive service. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area for work

Given the reviews I was a little biased and instead I had to change my mind. Overall I am satisfied. The place is small and therefore the service is quite fast, the only flaw is the temperature: being near the entrance to the shopping center and without a real dividing wall, it was a bit chilly. Pleasant food: the Philly Cheese Steak is very good, accompanied by dry and crunchy French fries. I also tried the burrito and it was such a pleasant surprise that I will probably get it next time. Correct sambuca coffee "correct" as it should 😂. Returning to the various negative reviews read previously, I can say that very often the opinions are dictated by the desire to cause unnecessary controversy, just to give themselves a tone by believing themselves to be culinary experts from a starred restaurant (given the painful fashion of the moment).

At the Roadhouse you will always be guaranteed to eat excellent meat and at the one in Bellinzago Novarese you will also find very kind staff who are attentive to customer needs. Fast and efficient service, even our little child had a great time. After eating he enjoyed playing in the children's area.
