The dishes, sandwiches, chips, and desserts were all tasteful, though perhaps the total bill was a bit pricey for the quality of the food served. At €2.50 per person, I think it's high considering the lack of standard tablecloths.
The place is clean and tidy, the service is well-organized, and special mention goes to manager Giulia and her staff, who are absolutely professional, friendly, and helpful.
The loyalty program is excellent, allowing you to take advantage of special offers via the app and accumulate points for subsequent discounts.
It's not the first time, and it won't be the last.

The welcome was wonderful, with Giulia's sunny smile, whom I thank for her professionalism and friendliness. We sat on the super comfortable sofa and were advised on the various dishes. Every day, those who download the app receive a discount on a different dish. The meat was good, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. We had a great time, and we'll be back.

Good food, tender meat. The grilled vegetable side was meager; they actually brought us a small plate with two vegetables. The service also had a few flaws: the waitress came to clear our plates when we hadn't even finished our fries and we were still drinking our beer... We'll return for the meat because it's good, but maybe we'll take the time that a dinner deserves after a day at work.

We had dinner, everything was wonderful, the food was delicious. Giulia, in the gray tuxedo, was our recommendation. She's friendly, nice, and very knowledgeable, like all the staff in the dining room.
The only negative was the air conditioning, which was practically non-existent until 9:45 PM... that's when it was turned on. We asked why, but unfortunately, it's not their decision; it seems the upper floors turn it on whenever they want. I'd say that out of respect for both the customers and the staff, with these high temperatures, the air conditioning is a must. I hope they fix this problem soon.
