Roadhouse Restaurant In Pomezia

I've been to quite a few roadhouses, but these are particularly good. I find the meat cooked impeccably.

Today I went for both lunch and dinner for work. The staff were courteous and tireless! I recommend it!

This evening I was having dinner with some friends and witnessed a truly surreal scene: a woman whose young son had repeatedly dropped food on the floor while playing was yelling at the manager at the cash register because, according to her, the waitress had spoken rudely to her, demanding that she pay more attention to her child's behavior. The woman in question, whose name I later learned was Valentina, came out to apologize to the woman for the misunderstanding, but the woman didn't even bother to listen, yelling at her and threatening her and the restaurant with consequences. From the outside, the staff handled the situation admirably, remaining calm and always appearing professional when the truth of the matter was plain for all to see. We were served by both Valentina and another woman, and they were wonderful, polite, and attentive. Valentina came back several times to check if everything was okay, to see if we needed anything, and each time she was always smiling, as was the other girl, making our dinner truly enjoyable. I hope that if the restaurant management ever receives a complaint from the lady in question, they'll read this review. We will definitely be dining at Roadhouse in Pomezia again because we rarely found the care they showed us anywhere else.

I've always liked this brand's offerings, but today I was severely disappointed. I wanted to try the new 4-burger sandwich. My sandwich contained four discs, each about 5-6 cm in diameter and about 0.5 cm high. These four "burgers" basically make one normal burger. Nothing to complain about about the taste.

Went for lunch. The guys were polite and the meat was good too, but the prices were above average. The service was a bit slow even though there weren't many people. During the week there are discounts that make it accessible, but on Saturdays it's not convenient.

I stop there every now and then when I pass through Pomezia, I take advantage of the economical menu and everything is good and the staff is very kind.

We had a wonderful meal. The meat was excellent, especially the rib-eye steak with baby spinach. The service was excellent, with friendly waiters, especially Alessio, who was courteous and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The place is very welcoming, the food spectacular, and the service excellent. Everyone is very friendly and nice.
