Regarding the food, I don't give more than four stars because it's a fast food restaurant, so the food is the same and the quality is the same. Regarding service, the staff is quick to prepare the trays or bags for takeaway. Table service is not provided. The environment is not very clean, inside the connection is bad even if there is the possibility, after registration, to use their wifi. Regarding the possibility of ordering using the app, we have used it many times and we had a single problem only once, in which the order, even if confirmed by the App, was not confirmed. A probable problem related to the connection is that it was resolved simply by waiting.
