Yesterday evening, after three years of always making the same type of order on Fridays, after work, to take home with direct payment at the restaurant cash register, I was the victim of very unpleasant behavior! I'll start by saying that I've worked in restaurants for 15 years and, above all, I've been working with the public for 40 years. I don't like writing reviews, but this time I have to, because I hope that measures will be taken for the rudeness of two waiters who also called themselves shift managers (Mr. Roberto and Mr. Without a name because he didn't want to give it). Around 7.45pm, after greeting the man at the cash register, who then introduced himself as Mr Roberto (the usual manager, who I know well, since I have been going there for many years, unfortunately he wasn't there and I can confirm that he is very kind and professional), I asked please to be able to order the CHICKEN TENDER BOX to take away and the aforementioned Mr Roberto replied that you cannot buy it directly from the restaurant, but only from the app; I told him that I have been ordering the same thing for three years and with the same method, i.e. paying directly at the cash register, but he brusquely told me that it was impossible and that I was remembering badly, trying to dismiss me like that! I kept calm and asked him to check better, because it is an order I have been making there for years, but he again brusquely denied me the purchase. I asked to speak to the usual manager, but a copy of his ineptitude Mr. Without a Name showed up and didn't even open his mouth!!! I went out trying to insert my prepaid card on their app to make up for their negligence and finally order dinner, but after 15 minutes of useless attempts it was still blocked. I went back to the restaurant, reporting that I couldn't pay on the app, and to please try to help me since I had already ordered at least 50 Chicken Tender Boxes in that restaurant previously. I also asked when the real manager would be returning (obviously they didn't give me any information) and suggested that I learn to use the cash register to avoid making fools of myself like the one they were making with me. Do you know what happened???? Mr. Roberto and Mr. Unnamed turned their backs on me and walked away from the cash register leaving me there like an idiot, no greeting, and positioned themselves on the side of the dining room with their backs to me and chatting with colleagues who were certainly younger than me since they were looking at me. I have never witnessed a scene like that, I always asked for everything please and never raised my tone or voice. I have suffered in the past three times, errors in my order (sometimes nachos or sauces or fries were missing, I never check because I trust by nature) but the kindness of the real manager, who unfortunately was not there and the unwillingness to burden their work that I know very well, has always made me desist from asking for refunds or anything else, but being treated like an idiot, is crossing a line of rudeness is unacceptable!!!! As soon as I can I will go back to speak to the real manager because I want to understand if they are aware of the situation.

AFTER ABOUT A MONTH I WENT BACK TO THE RESTAURANT AND TOGETHER WITH THE MANAGER EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY CLARIFIED AND RESOLVED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I AM HAPPY BECAUSE FOR ME IT IS AN IMPORTANT PLACE OF REFERENCE. THANKS

Very nice place, with a welcoming atmosphere and good music. We ordered the grill mix for two people: it was plentiful, very tasty and really surprised us. We are South Americans and this is the grill most similar to that of our country that we tried in VARESE. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything is very good!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Among other things, there was a misunderstanding in the wrap orders but the waitress was very kind and patient and quickly changed the menu for us.

Clean and well looked after place, the staff is always very kind enough to remember our names and those of the children. The food is well cooked, and I like the fact that there is a menu choice between different options for children, and a games room dedicated to them. Pleasant place to have a lunch or dinner as a couple or in the company of children.
