Over the years I have seen a few things change. In my opinion, the quality of the meat has gotten a bit worse, especially on the steaks like rebeye, Picanha, etc. The service is almost always the same, if you go early at opening it is definitely better. The place is the same as all the others, the proposal of having two distinct areas is excellent: one near the children's play area and the other on the opposite side. The prices have increased a lot especially in the last 2 years. You can easily spend 25-30 euros per person. Furthermore, these places are always in unlucky areas, usually in shopping centers, far from the city centers, reachable only by car. To go there when you are in a hurry or have decided at the last minute to go out to eat and you do not want to go to the city center to look for parking.

I ordered an XL cutlet with potatoes and I have to say it was very good, the waiters serving the tables were very helpful, but the coordination of the table service was not excellent.

March 2025 I would like to update the review a bit because the last one I did was 2 years ago.. I'll start by saying that I always go to eat early... around 12/12.15 I'm already seated so the place is still quiet... So as far as I'm concerned the service was fast (Sunday) and the food was good (sandwich with double chicken cutlet, caramelized onion and scamorza I have to say really good). I confirm that some employees are not very kind and professional.. I witnessed a rather embarrassing scene... The lady at the cash register and reception is very rude, she answers customers rudely creating useless discussions. In this specific case, she was angry with the fact that some customers, upon entering, left the door open a few seconds longer than necessary because the entrance was packed with people, and cold air was coming into the place, causing discomfort to the customers who were sitting because it was actually cold... now it's true that there was this discomfort, but you can't yell at people to close the door in an annoyed tone and thus make people leave... I understand that working in a restaurant is unnerving, but there are ways and ways of doing it, if she had spoken to me like that I would have definitely sent her packing. For the rest, nothing to say in my specific case, but the staff in question definitely needs to be reviewed. I really like stopping for lunch or dinner at Roadhouse because it's a cross between a restaurant and a fast food restaurant, obviously much higher quality! I usually prefer chicken dishes, one of my favorites is the large fried chicken breast.. really good and plentiful... also recommended are the desserts, if you want something less demanding take the Deluxe coffee.. 3 mini desserts and coffee for 3.90 euros ... you can satisfy your whim and spend less... . You can also find on the menu various beef burgers, chicken and others based on the period, as well as mixed salads, cuts, pork, ribs and fried delicacies such as onion rings, cheese balls, chicken nuggies and much more. Always attentive and friendly service, fair prices and not excessively increased at the moment.

After 40 minutes the drink still hasn't arrived. This is not acceptable.

Cibo eccellente personale molto accogliente all'entrata del ristorante si vede i cuochi che cucinano con una sala per bambini dove possono aspettare per mangiare e c'è molta accoglienza al top!
