Tengo a inserire una recenzione per congratulare Momo il capo sala/ cameriere/ accoglienza. 7pm di lunedi era da solo in sala e pure un bel po di gente incluso famiglie. Momo e stato oltre che professionale propio attemto a tutti noi (intendo mia famiglia ma anche tutti i altri tavoli ). il cibo era buono come ci si aspetta del roadhouse ma veramente l esperienza cambia quando hai un capo sala degno di questo nome. Bravo a lui !

I give a score of 5 for the service all dedicated to the girl who served in the dining room this evening and whose name I had to ask, Martina. Kind, fast, she followed the tables and the customers' requests with great attention. Sometimes an excellent service is worth more than good food!

Over the years I have seen a few things change. In my opinion, the quality of the meat has gotten a bit worse, especially on the steaks like rebeye, Picanha, etc. The service is almost always the same, if you go early at opening it is definitely better. The place is the same as all the others, the proposal of having two distinct areas is excellent: one near the children's play area and the other on the opposite side. The prices have increased a lot especially in the last 2 years. You can easily spend 25-30 euros per person. Furthermore, these places are always in unlucky areas, usually in shopping centers, far from the city centers, reachable only by car. To go there when you are in a hurry or have decided at the last minute to go out to eat and you do not want to go to the city center to look for parking.

I ordered an XL cutlet with potatoes and I have to say it was very good, the waiters serving the tables were very helpful, but the coordination of the table service was not excellent.

Waiters always at the top and always friendly, the fried chicken dishes are absurdly better than those at KFC. 100/100 recommended
