We celebrated a birthday here, booking with The Fork for a 20% discount, and especially on Sunday with unlimited ribs. To top it all off, we had the pleasure of having Giorgia, a super-fast, very friendly, and truly polite woman, assisting us at dinner.

It was a wonderful discovery! My partner and I went in without any expectations because we were simply hungry. The food was delicious! And then the waitress, Giorgia, treated us just like we were at home in a big chain. We'll be back!! (But we hope to always find her.)

My mom and I stopped at the Roadhouse on our way back from a trip to Algeria, starving as wolves... and it was the best choice we could have made! The food was truly excellent, flavorful, and plentiful, but the real icing on the cake was Giorgia, the waitress who served us: a force of nature!
Friendly, brilliant, and always ready with a joke—she made us laugh until we cried! Her colleagues, who assisted us at the end of the service, were also incredibly kind and super professional.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return when we're in the Rome Fiumicino area again.
A place like this should be a must-visit for any hungry traveler... and in search of a good mood!
