Everything was excellent, especially the chicken, which exceeded expectations. Giorgia and Davide are incredibly friendly! Highly recommended, especially on their shift.

It was a weekday, not very crowded, and the service was quick and friendly. The cashier, at the end of the meal, guided us through setting up the app to access the discounts. The service and atmosphere were all good. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the food and its price. I ordered a single dish with meat and teriyaki sauce, rice, and vegetables. Overall, the dish wasn't bad, but there was very little meat—about 100 grams. Let's just say that from an American-style restaurant, you'd expect larger portions. In general, I've found that in recent years, between price increases and the cost of raw materials, the one who loses out is the customer. I'll try again to see if it was just a coincidence.

I ordered a sandwich that arrived burnt. It wasn't very inviting, but for the rest, the food was decent, even though I thought the prices were high, considering I ordered a sandwich and fries. I would only recommend it for long family lunches or dinners.

Excellent food! Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired... When it gets busy, the kitchen works great, but in the dining room you can wait for half an hour without anyone seeing you, as happened to us... We saw up to five tables around us being served, well before us, where people had sat down 20 minutes after we arrived...
The manager's suggestion was to make yourself more visible when someone passed by... So that's the trick! You have to be smart about grabbing the waiter!
