ALL OF THAT FOR 54€!!!!!!!
The staff was so nice and respectful, we didn't wait a second in between courses,
And we got a gift at the exit.
Overall we are really happy and our bellies are FULL.
Will definitely visit again❤️

I'm sorry for the service, especially from the manager who was unpleasant and rude, using abrupt ways to address customers. All the other nice and kind employees, it would be more correct to give them a promotion.

Forget the classic Italian trattoria menu. No pasta, no first courses, unless by "first courses" you mean a bowl of rice, poke or a mix of vegetables and meat placed on top. Here we grill and take out meat - burgers, ribs, and an all-Italian reinterpretation of the Philly Cheesesteak.
And here comes the interesting part: whoever prepared it has certainly never seen an original Cheesesteak. But it doesn't matter, because what came out is a localized, or rather Italianized, version that works surprisingly well. Without vegetables, without sauces, and with a cheese that doesn't string even under torture - in fact, more like Frico than melting. Yet, the result is still good, dry almost to the limits of drying, but with its own balance. No melted cheese pours, no sandwich soaked in sauces, just meat, cheese and ciabatta bread in a combination waiting to be discovered.
The service is fast and correct, the menu is limited (but honestly, it's better this way: fewer choices, less indecision). If you are looking for an alternative to the usual Trieste cuisine and want a bit of America on the grill, this place does the job.

As regards the quality, nothing to say, everything was very good as always, but this time I want to underline the courtesy and helpfulness, after the cesar salad arrived which was spicy, and my partner absolutely doesn't eat spicy, we pointed out to the waiter that we would have preferred to know in advance, perhaps on the menu (with kindness obviously) in response we were asked if we wanted the same or similar dish prepared but without the hot spices normally used... gesture super appreciated because even if it may seem obvious , it's not at all...

Dopo un evento aziendale in zona io e il mio collega abbiamo pranzato in questo locale. Bello, ampio con servizio cortese e tutto sommato veloce. Ampia la scelta dal menù, buona qualità dei prodotti anche se le porzioni non certo abbondanti.
