Good meat, service and cleanliness not always 5 star

Excellent food, super attentive, nice and helpful staff! I've been going to it for years and it's worth it.

The meat is good, and you can eat it in peace and, given the times...even well distanced! At lunch they are quick, at dinner a little less but that's normal!! After some time, I'm changing my 5-star review, it's been a while since I went to lunch, and I had good memories, but everything has changed: prices increased, portions decreased, side dishes to be paid separately. And my legendary Roadhouse steak, which I remembered as a nice succulent dish, is now a small plate of meat on the cutter that definitely won't give you indigestion due to the quantity. See you in better times or never again. I give 3 stars to reward the kindness of the staff, otherwise I would give one star.

We had a very good time especially because the staff welcomed us with a smile and served us with kindness and professionalism. Very smiley (and that's not a bad thing these days). The food was good and plentiful. The lake in front is very suggestive

Food ok as on average in all Roadhouses, except that they bring the cold nachos (normally they should bring them hot) and the tartare burger which seemed to be steamed (even there, several Roadhouse points heat it on the grill to avoid the soggy effect of pretzel bread). However, they could clean the dirt that has accumulated for months in the Dyson hand dryer, I would like not to get tetanus while having lunch

I go there often and I always like it a lot, the food is good and the staff is always super helpful. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Andiamo a Roadhuose sopratutto quando torniamo da una gita,trovandosi vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada. Ho mangiato sempre bene. Il menù è vario e inseriscono sempre delle novità. Inoltre in alcuni giorni della settimana ci sono buoni sconti.

The Roadhouse is always a point of reference for the excellent quality/price ratio offered 👍; in this sense, the restaurant 🍽 in Imola is no exception, which, with full satisfaction, we tried last Sunday for lunch. Having arrived on site around 1pm 🕐 almost by chance (we were actually headed towards Bertinoro), we were cordially welcomed by a young waitress 👩🏻‍🦱 who accompanied us to a free table. Browsing the price lists 📋 we were attracted by some of the new proposals, which we actually opted for: • Tomino and Pan de Chorizo ​​(mature cheese and slices of bread 🥖 stuffed with pieces of sausage); • Crispy Spicy Chicken (chicken breaded with salt 🧂 and pepper); • Chimichurri Steak (pocket sandwiches 🥙, if you can call them that, with pieces of grilled meat and "Chimichurri" sauce, a typical Argentine condiment 🇦🇷 also highly appreciated in other South American countries). To complete the order also the tried and tested roadini and two glasses of Coke (one of which is Zero). To conclude, a slice of Oreo Cheesecake 🍰 and two coffees ☕ at the end of the meal. Everything was certainly good and tasty 😋, as usual at chain restaurants. Total bill of 50.40 euros 💶 (including a 5 euro discount voucher which we took advantage of thanks to the loyalty card points 📱). The staff were kind and professional 👩🏻‍🦱👩🏻🧑🏻, even if the waiting times turned out to be a little longer than usual. Bathrooms 🚾 overall clean 🚽🧻🧴 although the floor was half flooded 💧. The view 👁 of the lake in front is pleasant and can be appreciated from our table (see photos 📸 attached 📎). The parking area 🅿️ is large and develops around the structure. The location is strategic in the immediate vicinity of the motorway toll booth 🛣.

Tutto eccellente : dal servizio , con camerieri sorridenti e gentili, alla qualità dei piatti . Un applauso ai ragazzi in cucina e ai due giovani che ci hanno servito i piatti. La carne eccezionale così come le patate ripiene. Prezzi in linea con la qualità. Esperienza da consigliare.
