I was there last Friday. Friendly and welcoming staff. Pretty good food. Positive experience

I come often and as usual I had a great time, the manager was super kind and helpful, the waitress who served us was very polite but extremely slow, we ate very well as usual. The biggest flaw.... a suffocating heat that prevented us from enjoying dinner. a real shame!

On Friday for lunch I went to the Roadhouse in via Eridano in Ferrara with my family, delicious grilled meat and hamburgers, very welcoming and professional staff.

I returned with the whole family (5 people), to the Roadhouse in Via Eridano in Ferrara, we always ate very well, the staff is always very kind especially the Manager who knows his stuff, this time I say it on behalf of everyone, the only flaw this evening is the heat inside the restaurant, because even though they had turned on the air conditioning before opening the restaurant, at 8:30 pm it was still hot. So if you need to attract customers, it is appropriate in these times with this heat, to keep it on all day.

I always come, I have a great time, we are always here but tonight it's dying of heat... turn up the air conditioning!!!

This evening I went to the Roadhouse in Via Eridano in Ferrara, together with a dear friend, after years that I had not been, I tell you that it is absolutely worth it, because the staff is super kind and available to give you suggestions on the choice of dishes, especially the Manager, with whom we had the pleasure of speaking, I also ordered a Black Angus entrecotte, super soft that melted in the mouth, an absolute delight. Try Try!

Absolutely good and well-cooked ribs, the Sunday and Thursday offer with classic sandwiches at 50% is worth a try. A necessity, you need to use the App.

It is a very spacious place, the tables are well spaced from each other, for those of us who don't like to be crowded. The price of the cutlery seems expensive to me. Since it does not have cloth tablecloths or bread service. Regarding the promotions of the app, they do not advise you well, since it is a promotion per app..... for example... if a couple BOTH have to have the app to receive the promotions. It seems to me that they should at least clarify it somewhere other than in the fine print. All false advertising makes people think twice before coming back. They could review it. Or maybe it was an oversight on the part of the cashier. But hey....go with your eyes wide open if you want to use any promotion. I highlight the attention of one of the waitresses who speaks PERFECT Spanish. It is an extra point in your work. Besides, he is very kind! The quality of the food is very good. Correct size portions.
