A charming place, but in free fall. It was definitely the best when it opened. The pool was huge but unusable, and the outdoor furniture needed replacing. The rooms were large and comfortable, but several things needed updating, including a half-broken outdoor table. The breakfast room, perhaps the only redeeming feature, was bright and clean, well-managed with class and professionalism by Tania and Melissa. The breakfast was complete, both sweet and savory, and the food was decent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Golf lovers will have a great time here. I wouldn't return, under any circumstances.

9 out of 10 The staff, except for the golf department, were very accommodating and friendly. The reception is wonderfully staffed and they help wherever they can... If you ring the bell for the golf caddy master, someone will only come after the third time at the earliest. On the first evening, we returned rather late after our round, and our trolleys were very sandy. The nice lady at the reception told us to leave them at the front so they would be cleaned the next day. This still hadn't happened after three days. This department is rather lazy. The golf course was in great condition, especially the greens 🥰 The spa area is beautiful, and the pool offers plenty of space. The food is excellent. I ate the best eggplant I've ever eaten. It braised for 12 hours 🤤

We went to the Riviera Golf Resort to try out the pool. Since we were there in September, the place was quiet enough for a relaxing day. I highly recommend this place. Everything was clean and tidy. All the staff were very friendly.

On our way south, we were looking for a hotel outside of Riccione – not directly in the city center. The Green Suite was perfect for our first night! The suite was beautiful, divided into two rooms – ideal with children. On the return trip, we had a Green Triple. This room was also very nice, although only one large room. A bit less practical with children, as everyone has to go to bed at the same time – but absolutely manageable for one night. The breakfast was excellent – everything fresh and very tasty. The dinner was also very tasty. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. There were several gossips about other guests' special requests. I understand that this kind of behavior can be stressful – I couldn't handle everything either – but when you work in a resort, you should remain professional. Anyone who chooses this industry should also do their job with passion. An example: We wanted pasta with salmon for our daughter, which was easily available at other restaurants – but here it was refused. That's a shame, especially if you want to accommodate children. The service tries very hard to make everything appear perfect – but the warmth and genuine hospitality are lacking. For us, the hotel is ideal for a stopover – modern, clean, and child-friendly. It's not really suitable for a longer stay with children who are still "allowed to be children" and parents who aren't expecting high society. The reception, on the other hand, was great – very friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend the Riviera Golf Resort. It's a fabulous place to relax, but also for freelancers like me, who can turn on their laptop and work for a few hours surrounded by nature, finishing with a delicious aperitif by the pool. The staff at "Buca" is exceptional: welcoming, smiling, and always ready and attentive. The reception staff are so cheerful, and the dinner was overall very satisfying. The rooms are very unique: luxurious, clean, large, and worth trying because they're all different. Thank you!

The "Capri" party we attended last week was spectacular: excellent organization, spectacular food, impeccable service, and attention to detail, all in keeping with the chosen theme.
