Un box di cristallo intimo con vetrate sul panorama dei colli di Quarrata. Location arredata con gusto, cucina a vista e abbinamenti ricercati ma genuini. Nota dolente: un menu che si presenta popolare su un foglio volante di carta. Antipasti e primi fanno le scarpe ai secondi meno originali.

One of the best caterers I work with. Restaurant cuisine (difficult to find when it comes to catering), everything is always delicious, genuine cuisine with local products. Trained and well-coordinated staff. It's a pleasure to work with them.

12/05/2025: Toasted octopus with tomato puree and burrata.....superlative!!! Lady at the tables kind and smiling. Very fair account. What can I say...congratulations!!! We will definitely be back!

15/04/2025: Recommended by a businessman from Pistoia, I didn't think, being a bar, that they actually hid talent in the kitchen. Fish, but not only, well cooked and a menu that is renewed. Well done!
14/04/2025: Im regnerischen Pistoia sind wir unterwegs und entdeckten das kleine sehr nett eingerichtete Lokal. Die Alici ( Sardellen) waren ein Gedicht. Die Bruchetta al lardo, sowie die Pastagerichte wie Lasagnelle und Maccaroni waren super lecker. Der Service war sehr freundliche. Preis und Leistung vollkommen angepasst. Gracie mille! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
