Un box di cristallo intimo con vetrate sul panorama dei colli di Quarrata. Location arredata con gusto, cucina a vista e abbinamenti ricercati ma genuini. Nota dolente: un menu che si presenta popolare su un foglio volante di carta. Antipasti e primi fanno le scarpe ai secondi meno originali.

One of the best caterers I work with. Restaurant cuisine (difficult to find when it comes to catering), everything is always delicious, genuine cuisine with local products. Trained and well-coordinated staff. It's a pleasure to work with them.

13/03/2025: Absolutely superb in every respect. We had fried artichokes, tongue, fried brains and tripe. Perfect menu. The service was excellent too. It was delightful to talk to the maitre'd about the dishes and how they were cooked. She was incredibly knowledgeable.
