There's always a long line, but it's worth it. Even if you notice that the cup that holds the ice cream may be small... they give you a piece of ice cream, and it's delicious. It's worth the wait.

I'm changing my review. I think the manager of the ice cream shop called me. They apologized profusely, especially blaming the mistake on an oversight by the temporary staff. It can happen and I understand it very well. They also offered me a free 750g tub that I don't know if I'll accept, precisely because I don't like their ice cream very much. - Personally I don't like Rivareno ice cream, I find it too sweet and the flavors are indistinguishable from each other. On Sunday 06/08/25 I found myself, for a number of reasons, buying some ice cream to take to a lunch I was invited to. I made a terrible impression. They gave me 3 packs of wafers, obviously paid for, that expired on 07/31/24. I contacted the ice cream shop who honestly didn't seem very impressed. The ice cream is nothing special, they even sell expired stuff... never again.

This is the real authentic gelato not the piled high tourist trap gelato. I had the pistachio and crema was amazing also got the strawberry and lemon. Will be bake to try the bakery options as well.

We ate ice cream on Saturday night, a long line, excellent ice cream, special flavors, we tried pistachio without milk, cremino, salted caramel, one better than the other. The cost is a bit high because a cone has two flavors and a cone has three flavors, €8 but it's worth it

El helado es estupendo, todos los sabores particulares, con la debida atención a los ingredientes, mi "condesa" se hizo con almendras de alta calidad. Personal muy amable y disponible para explicar las diferentes combinaciones. ¡Gracias!
