We were passing through on our motorcycles and just wanted a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was very exclusive and very expensive. The food was very good. The ambiance was very tasteful. The staff was great. There was even live music at lunchtime.

The Riva Restaurant & Lounge Bar in Falerna is a truly special place. The location is beautiful, right on the sea, with a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an aperitif with friends. The food is excellent, fresh and well presented. I tried the raw fish and a seafood first course: everything was delicious! The cocktails were also well-prepared and very good. The staff was kind and always available. There is also live music that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. I absolutely recommend this place if you are in the area. Quality, good taste and relaxation... what more could you want?

I have been frequenting Riva restaurant since it opened Great place on the sea. Wonderful Calabrian cell. modern and youthful Italian-French cuisine. Raw dishes are exquisite Excellent cuisine. A lapse of style at the end of the meal made us forget a good meal in a good restaurant. We had a fish starter, specifically asking to avoid raw fish and pair it with another type of fish; we were satisfied and enjoyed several pairings with pleasant flavor contrasts (the acidity of the lemon paired perfectly with the flavor of the fish and the puree). A cod croquette with excellent breading definitely deserved better fish. Be careful with the salt on the paccheri. The big disappointment: we ordered coffee and it was served with a wooden stirrer: don't tell me they did that for hygiene reasons, because in this case I think everything should be served with disposable cups! And finally, a little more attention from the waiters at the table. We'll try again to understand how much was due to chance and how much to the rules.

The place is really beautiful, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, I have to report that in my dish I found a hair, which ruined the experience a bit. I hope it was an isolated case, because the place certainly has potential.
