Oggi sono stata al Ristorante Riva per festeggiare il mio compleanno… e non potevo desiderare di meglio! Il locale è bellissimo, curato e con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il cibo è stato semplicemente delizioso: ogni piatto servito con gusto. Ma ciò che ha reso la serata davvero indimenticabile è stata la serata karaoke: un mix di divertimento e coinvolgimento totale! Un grazie speciale va a Cosimo, sempre super disponibile, gentile e attento a tutto. Con il suo sorriso e la sua professionalità ha reso la festa ancora più bella. È stata una serata piena di emozioni. Tornerò sicuramente… e lo consiglio a tutti! ❤️

RIVA Restaurant has always been the ideal place for us to celebrate the most intimate and precious occasions. An elegant environment, with a refined atmosphere, capable of making every evening special. However, on Saturday 15 March 2025 at 9pm, the experience was far from expectations. The intimate atmosphere gave way to chaos: waiters exchanging orders in a loud voice, staff running around with rows of dishes and confusing acoustics, compromised by the overlap between the restaurant's music, the choirs coming from a party on the first floor and the DJ set of the RIVA Club. The latter, moreover, directly interfered with our room due to the door connecting to the club inexplicably left open. Another inconvenience was access: the usual entrance to the restaurant was not available and we were forced to go through the club, which further took away from the charm of the experience. Once inside, we were handed a reduced menu, with the explanation that the kitchen was busy handling 150 a la carte orders for a party. We had to check the availability of the dishes and, although we were able to order almost everything we wanted, the desired wine and desserts were not available. Added to all this was another annoyance: the waiters, equipped with radios and earphones, moved frantically, giving and receiving orders in a loud voice. One of them, in his haste, bumped into my chair several times, making everything even more unpleasant. A real shame for a restaurant that has always known how to stand out for elegance and quality. It must however be recognized that, despite the chaos, the dishes were impeccable as always: carefully prepared dishes, balanced flavors and quality raw materials. The regret remains for an experience compromised by the organization of the evening. I hope it was just an isolated episode, because it would be really sad to lose a point of reference for our special occasions.

Siamo stati in questa splendida location per festeggiare il 18° compleanno di nostra figlia. Serata perfetta sia per la qualità dei cibi proposti, che per il servizio e la gentilezza del personale. Un plauso va sicuramente a Cosimo, direttore di sala, e ad Alessia, club manager, che con la loro professionalità e disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, hanno reso unico e speciale il festeggiamento.
