We were there for the first and last time. The pizza was absolutely not to my taste. When it arrived at the table, I was very happy... It tasted really orange... But with the food came the frustration: you had to search for shrimp, and you could only see one... There were a few small pieces of seafood and a few other pieces... Especially a lot of breadcrumbs and fior di latte. After a quarter of it, I gave up and just picked out the shrimp to eat... About 10 very small ones...

It was delicious! We had pasta and they were both original, tasty and catered to my husband's gluten free dietary requirements. He's not celiac, but intolerant.

The organization of the dining room was disappointing. I called to reserve a table, and even though we'd let them know we were late in advance, they let us know there was no problem. Once we got there, we waited standing for over 30 minutes while they seated groups of people who had arrived after us, due to their different seating numbers. When we finally sat down, the waiter informed us that even if we reserved a table, it could be free at 9:20 PM, just as it could be free at 9:45 PM, almost implying that there's no point in reserving because you'll be seated when a table with the right number of seats becomes available. The wait for the pizzas seemed slightly longer than usual for everyone. The tables stretched almost to the sidewalk, creating uncomfortable situations for passersby and those seated. The pizza was very good.

Spectacular food, top-notch quality. (The pizza is delicious.) Excellent service, friendly and courteous waiters. The atmosphere is very quiet; sitting outside, you can hear the noise of the vehicles, but nothing too distracting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

17/10/2025: Aesthetically, the hotel is beautiful, but our experience wasn't the best. When I booked, I wasn't given any options for choosing a room. When we arrived, we were assigned a ground-floor room with a lock that wouldn't lock from the inside, leaving the room open. So, they assigned us the room next door, practically next to the reception, with all the noise you can imagine from early morning until late at night. The icing on the cake was the shower hose that wasn't in its holder because it was broken (obviously, showering with only one hand because the other has to hold the water jet isn't ideal). We reported this and were told they would fix it. What can I say? When we returned at the end of the day, the situation was the same. The next morning, when we left, we reported it again and were told that yes, they knew it was broken. Now I say, I don't think this is behavior typical of a 4-star hotel, I don't even think it's one-star.
07/10/2025: Breakfast was bad, there was a group before us and we had to make do with the leftovers, this 2 days that we stayed there

01/11/2025: Decent food, in a sparse and not very appetizing environment. Service is on par.
26/10/2025: A very nice place on the Marina di Ragusa waterfront. They make some very nice pizza-based dishes, like the rolled pizza or a kind of Pizzoli they call scaccioni. Very good. They serve beer in a bucket with ice, which is truly fantastic. Average prices for a 1-liter beer, a scaccione, and a rolled pizza, we paid €36.
