5 Stars Are Not Enough!!! We were here about a month ago with my partner who has known the owners for many years and had great pleasure in introducing them to me and above all in letting me taste their excellent cuisine. We were welcomed by the owner, very sweet and attentive, supported in the room by a waiter who was very knowledgeable about the dishes and provided impeccable service. We opened the dance with a wonderful welcome entrée, we continued with a raw appetizer that literally melted in our mouths and the only thing we could smell was the scent and flavor of the sea. The first courses are superlative and Aurora's desserts sublime. Family run restaurant absolutely worth trying!!! Carmelo, chef pillar of the business supported by his daughter Aurora, an emerging chef with refined gourmet qualities and his wife Nunziatina in the dining room, together with the rest of the team, are a winning team!!! An emotional journey in an innovative cuisine. Everything 💯

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, the prices are certainly not very modest, but we are very happy to spend our money given that the quality and inventiveness of the chef and the staff are to be rewarded with flying colors, we happened upon it on August 15th for dinner and they had a fixed menu for the holiday, and let's say that they totally got our tastes right.

Calling out all the VEGAN this restaurant is brilliant,they will work with you! We had a wonderful appetiser,homemade bread made with a sicilian grain(served warm with olive oil) Organic and fresh delicious food. We had a great risotto with wild local asparagus(so tasty!) Organic vegetables and fermented carrot. The smell is simply divine! Unique and beautiful place. The chef can speak English and will be explaining everything to you! He is definitely passionate about food and the service was warm and extremely welcoming. Highly recommended.

Italy is not only the country of a thousand bell towers, but also of a thousand flavours. Putting them together is a difficult task, a bit like finding a match between a Sicilian and a Tyrolean. Well... here they succeeded. And with great skill. Behind it we can appreciate a great, great work. In a word: supreme.
