On holiday on this magnificent coast we ask for advice on a fish-based dinner, so when we arrive by chance we realise we've hit the jackpot! Two very kind people welcome us, the atmosphere is immediately comfortable, background music, distant tables, total relaxation. We order raw fish and two first courses, but as a welcome we are served some finger food of fine thought and equally fine workmanship, overcooked tuna in a crispy wafer and arancini with squid ink... the third I think was salted lemon cream and tuna eggs on a focaccia. For my child, delicious tomato pasta, chef's sauce! We are asked to report any intolerances. Not living in Sicily, in moments of despair for the distance from our land, I will remember the raw fish. I highly recommend it. The first course, linguine with shellfish, well done. Everything is excellent. The photos speak for themselves. These people care about what they do. See you soon

Excellent dinner based on fresh and well-cooked fish. The staff is friendly and attentive to details. The place is refined, it is facing the sea, therefore...... All that remains is to recommend the experience. Compliments to the chef and the staff.

We never expected to eat so well here! An absolute highlight! €70 for a five-course meal, including a welcome from the chef and a glass of Prosecco. This was accompanied by a perfect Grillo and a very good Americano. The service was attentive, and the chef kept coming back to explain his food to us. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!

Restaurant located in front of the sea where the owner, an elegant and very kind lady, probably welcomed us. We started with a gift from the chef that included 3 seafood tapas and then a magnificent and fragrant spaghetti with cuttlefish. Excellent wines and a very well-kept location. We will be back!

An authentic seafood experience, where the raw material is the absolute protagonist, never overshadowed but accompanied by everything with balance. Very attentive service and refined and elegant venue.. What can I say: where there is passion it shows! Well done guys, keep it up!

My father and I had Easter lunch at Da Carmelo today and it was AMAZING! Our 5 course tasting included an assortment of amuse bouche, a wonderful play on a 'fried egg' that was made entirely of seafood, delicately prepared sea scallop over almond cream with Korean-style vegetable, the most amazing tortellini with smoked mussels and bottarga di tonno, sous vide lamb with a Roman -style artichoke, and the most amazing ricotta dessert with caramelized apple and crumble. The chefs are a wonderful couple, trained in Michelin starred establishments ... and it shows. The plating, service and attention to detail were impeccable. The wine recommendation ... a Sicilian white to top everything off ... lovely. A beautiful meal, amici ... we must return. Grazie mille!
