A pleasant place, but room for improvement. The freshly squeezed orange juice was disappointing: cold from the refrigerator, lacking flavor, and tasting diluted. Considering the bar's historic name, one would expect higher quality. Too bad.

The granita was good, but it's a shame about the hair I found in the croissant.
This incident highlights a lack of attention to hygiene in the kitchen, an essential aspect to ensuring adequate customer service. It would be appropriate to improve checks and take greater precautions to ensure similar situations don't happen again!

In search of a good granita and brioche, we found ourselves at this pastry shop. It's a very nice place to have lunch, but it's not very customer-friendly. Unfortunately, we waited for a menu that never arrived; fortunately, we'd read the granita flavors outside. The order was taken by the girl who was alone, as her colleague was busy chatting with the person at the register. As for the granita, we couldn't fault it; it was perfect, and the brioche was delicious and very large. Prices were normal.

I stopped by today after several months, and the service seemed a touch below what would have been a pleasant experience. The granita, coffee, and cream were good, but there wasn't much that could be done to make this historic place even better. Perhaps a little more smile.
