We loved it; the menu is fantastic. For dinner, we chose the shorter version and it was a great choice. All the dishes were delicious, with interesting, well-balanced flavors. The wine list is also excellent. It's a highly recommended place.

We went to this restaurant for lunch and chose the mini tasting menu: simply fantastic! Every dish, from the first to the last, was a true discovery of flavor and quality. The attention to presentation and the balanced flavors demonstrate the great care and passion in the kitchen.
The value for money is truly exceptional—it's hard to beat. Special praise also goes to the waiter, who was extremely kind and professional, and who expertly explained each course to us, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I absolutely recommend trying it, and we'll definitely be back soon!

We popped in for a glass of wine and some appetizers. The attitude seemed a little cool, but the service was excellent. If you're not happy to see us, just say no. We felt awkward. Not a single smile even for our 2y old daughter. Maybe it's just the style? Thank you!

No words of praise are enough to describe the experience we had at Ristrot Guviol. The food was exceptional, the service was personal, warm and attentive. The owner is absolutely passionate and it shows in every moment of the experience. If it cost twice as much as we paid, it would still be value for money. Exquisite - grazie mille!

Ein wunderbares Essen mit einem sehr guten Vitello tonnato, einem Artischocken Gratin und als Hauptgänge geschmortes Fleisch vom Feinsten und ein sehr fein zubereiteten Fisch.
Der Service und die Weinberatung waren sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent.
