Remarkable six-course tasting menu! The dishes are aesthetically pleasing and careful in combining unusual but balanced flavours. Kind and professional service especially in the wine advice. Very wide choice of cellar. Considering the cost of the menu and bottles, cover charge and water could be included, although they compensate with appetizers, initial rosé and sweets offered on the house.

It seems incredible to me that after years of going there to eat, I still haven't written a review of this restaurant.
The problem is that I don't know where to start. Perhaps it would be enough to say that it is one of the best restaurants in Turin.
Their name gu vi ol, taste, sight, smell, is continually recurring in every dish that the chef proposes. The service is perfect and you will also be satisfied with the mise en place.
There is so much more to say, but only one thing is worth it, ABSOLUTELY GO, the total sensorial experience, the kindness and courtesy will win you over

Ogni dettaglio rende memorabile l'esperienza da Guviol.
L'ottima qualità del cibo, gli abbinamenti e le preparazioni sorprendenti, la vastissima scelta di vini, la cortesia, la competenza professionale del personale, l'atmosfera sempre curata, nel locale.
Guviol è ormai un riferimento è, nonostante lo conosca ormai da tanti anni, riesce, ogni volta a sorprendermi e farmi venire voglia di tornarci presto!
