The restaurant has a very lovely atmosphere. The service is excellent. Our waitress was really nice, professional and attentive to detail. She made sure we were satisfied with our experience throughout the night. In terms of the food, we took the tasting menus. Some things on the menu were preferable to others just in terms of personal taste and preference.
The food that stood out to us was the vitello tonnato, the veal cheek, and the ravioli.
Overall a great experience, would recommend for a special occasion.

The meaning of the name is TASTE SIGHT OLfatto and this can be found in the dishes, well presented dishes, with excellent taste and aromas. The service is attentive and discreet. To start with an entrée offered by the restaurant which was a tomino mousse. Then we took two eggs cooked at low temperature, which remained creamy, accompanied by black truffle and parmesan fondue. As a first course, a ravioli del plin filled with duck with an onion gel, toasted hazelnuts and a cocoa gruè and a Carnaroli risotto with mushroom cimena and parmesan fondue. Everything is accompanied by a bottle of water and two glasses of ruchè. To conclude, a dessert composed of a trilogy of hazelnut, milk and dark chocolate with bunet crumble, bicerin and krumiro biscuit. A coffee which they accompanied with another small dessert with panna cotta. Total cost €90. Fair price for how much you ate but above all for the quality. Recommended restaurant.

For years now, my husband and I have had lunch at Guviol every time we are in Turin: Domenico and all the staff welcome us with warmth and friendliness in their beautiful restaurant, teasing our palate with Piedmontese cuisine, revisited with originality and skill. Today I tasted What a damn cod, as an appetizer, and Porcini and cousins, an exquisite risotto with top marks... because at Guviol even the names of each dish are always a real gem to discover! Finally, the choice of wines is noteworthy.

Remarkable six-course tasting menu! The dishes are aesthetically pleasing and careful in combining unusual but balanced flavours. Kind and professional service especially in the wine advice. Very wide choice of cellar. Considering the cost of the menu and bottles, cover charge and water could be included, although they compensate with appetizers, initial rosé and sweets offered on the house.
