Excellent cuisine, a pinch of experimentation without forgetting tradition. Some ideas are really interesting, the aubergine caponata (smoked with chestnut wood, if I'm not mistaken, brought steaming to the table with the steam from the smoking that is released there and then) is very good. Excellent desserts. Prices a little above the Turin average (but not much), but perfectly in line with the offer offered

Wonderful experience! Had the mini menu for 45€. Had a feast! All dishes were delicious and so tasteful. Service was superb. Would recommend to anyone visiting Turin.

Ogni dettaglio rende memorabile l'esperienza da Guviol.
L'ottima qualità del cibo, gli abbinamenti e le preparazioni sorprendenti, la vastissima scelta di vini, la cortesia, la competenza professionale del personale, l'atmosfera sempre curata, nel locale.
Guviol è ormai un riferimento è, nonostante lo conosca ormai da tanti anni, riesce, ogni volta a sorprendermi e farmi venire voglia di tornarci presto!

A nice intimate place with the possibility of eating outside. Well-prepared and very good dishes also with some push in the combination of ingredients....just how I like it, in fact I tried the Guviol dessert, practically a sweet carbonara with crispy bacon....if you get the chance, try it. Excellent wine list, attentive staff ready to recommend the best. Compliments

A wonderful place with a very cosy interior and delightful food. The saffron pasta and the aubergine parmigiana were especially excellent. The dessert was fine, we had the chocolate option. Thank you to chiara for excellent service, so friendly and made our dinner a pleasure. We hope to be back!!

Iniziamo dalla carta dei vini ben dettagliata, ottimo livello,scelta vastissima. Cibo ottimo,curato,piatti molto particolari con massima attenzione all' equilibrio. Servizio attento e gentile. Super consigliato. prezzo corretto per l' offerta proposta.

I've been curious to try it for a long time.
The menu offers originality and creates curiosity.
Excellent raw materials, beautiful dishes. Sight is certainly the sense that struck me the most. As for the taste, the starters and homemade pasta are very good. Cold fish on hot pasta is the only flaw in my personal taste. The dessert is also very good and original.
To complete, the sense of smell also plays its part.
If I could I would give a 6 to the service, from the first to the last moment.
