Ristretto In Modena

Hidden gem in Modena, exceeded our expectations. The tortellini en crema was amazing and the hamburger was over the top. Excellent wine selection and very reasonable prices. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Very nice and modern place in an alley in the center. Nice and pleasant interior: you eat surrounded by dozens of bottles of wine decorating the walls. The menu is varied and offers dishes for all tastes: meat, fish, vegetarian. The dishes are well prepared and all well done with really correct portions. For the wine we relied on Max, who never misses a beat. Courteous, friendly and easy-going service. We will definitely return

restaurant located in the historic center of Modena in a charming alleyway that once housed a bar; quiet and discreet environment, excellent both for a business lunch and for a dinner in good company. Very interesting cellar, "restricted" but quality menu; personally I started with an extensive tasting of French cheeses well presented by the chef and then continued with pumpkin tortelloni and an excellent Fassona "battue". At this point, with regret, I had to give up the dessert which, I am sure, would have been of high quality. Adequate red wine (Morellino di Scansano) followed by another glass. The bill (€80 per person) proved to be adequate for the quality of the lunch; all that remains is to return to taste the other proposals.

Nice place in the center of Modena with culinary offerings that are a little more refined than traditional ones and that meet expectations. Homemade and much appreciated desserts, price that reflects the service and the products of the house

A nice place but nothing more. A little expensive for what it offers, on the downside the dishes are very high-sounding and refined but a little poor in practical execution. On the other hand, there is an excellent choice of wines

We were in Modena on a Tuesday night and decided to drop by here for dinner. Since it was white truffle season, I had the poached eggs with white truffles and the pasta with truffles. Fantastic. Price was very reasonable for what you get and I really enjoyed it. This place is worth a stop, team there were friendly and service was efficient.

I went to this place with a group of friends and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Trendy and very elegant place, refined menu accompanied by excellent wines. Top staff. Excellent quality/price ratio
