Traveling with friends, we stopped in the charming and delightful town of Sciacca. We went to the Franco la Bella pastry shop and sampled some amazing arancini, sampling a selection of indescribably delicious desserts! The kindness and helpfulness of all the staff is the magic ingredient, and Eleonora was so welcoming and kind that we already want to return! Thank you from all the people of Bologna on vacation, we hope to see you soon!

Abbiamo visitato questa pasticceria alla fine del nostro viaggio nella Sicilia Orientale. Abbiamo trovato qui il miglior cannolo e la migliore cassata della nostra esperienza. Il servizio si è distinto per ospitalità e generosità. Consigliamo la visita. Ci torneremo ♡

07/11/2025: A very beautiful, modern place with a charming atmosphere. In a small village, you wouldn't expect to find a truly city-like place. The pizza is excellent, with the aroma of ancient grains and the highest quality ingredients selected for each dish. The owners and wait staff are courteous and attentive. Highly recommended.

21/11/2025: Had the pleasure of dining at Sal8 while in Agrigento, and it genuinely impressed us. The atmosphere blended casual and upscale in the best way, and the service was excellent — warm and attentive — with a small but well-curated menu. We ordered the house-made ricotta ravioli with a buttery, creamy pistachio and almond Parmesan pesto, and it was outstanding — perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the pasta with clams, the true treasure of the sea — unforgettable in every way. Overall, a memorable dining experience and absolutely worth a return visit. Saluti
