After a wonderful morning in the snow, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise, both for the food and the ambiance, which reflects the mountain style we love so much. Quality ingredients and courtesy.

A delightful discovery! Dishes with bold yet masterfully balanced flavors, perfectly cooked, harmonious on the palate, succulent and delicious beyond all expectations.... At times, nostalgic memories of flavors long forgotten resurface....and, finally, with all due respect to useless pseudo-dishes revisited, deconstructed, etc. Excellent table service, well-organized and with unexpected timing! Everything was truly delicious and authentic, we had a really good time and the girl who served us was very patient even though we were a large group.

After a beautiful hike, we stopped at this very characteristic mountain restaurant. It was really crowded, luckily we had reservations. The food was quite good, nothing to complain about the main courses. A negative note, however, was the desserts: they were left completely uncovered and in plain sight. While they were served by waitresses, the fact that anyone passing by could potentially spill hair or saliva made them unhygienic. It's a shame, because the strudel looked really good. The restaurant is still very beautiful and traditional. We ate in the bar area, since the restaurant was fully booked. Overall, a pleasant experience, but with a little more attention to hygiene, it would have been much better.
