We ate cured meats, taroz, giardiniera, and pizzoccheri—all incredible, all delicious. We stopped to ask for information, and the owner explained how to spend a wonderful night on the lake, and then he even cooked everything for us with his own hands and those of his lovely wife the next day. Fantastic people, authentic, beautiful setting, make sure to arrange with the owners in advance.

Truly a fantastic place! We stopped at Ristoro Ligari and had a wonderful time. The owner is incredibly kind: he welcomed us with a smile, gave us tons of advice on lakes to visit, hikes to take, and routes to return, making us feel immediately at ease. His wife was also super kind and helpful. There's a truly family-like and genuine atmosphere. And the food is divine. We ordered the taroz and they won us over from the first bite: creamy, flavorful, and incredibly delicious. The pizzoccheri were incredible, among the best we've had in the area. The charcuterie board was generous and of incredible quality. It was all accompanied by a truly excellent house red wine, the kind that finishes the glass much faster than expected! The icing on the cake was eating outdoors, surrounded by nature, with a horse nearby and sheep in the background. A simple, authentic, and relaxing atmosphere that made everything even more beautiful. There are few places like this: excellent food, wonderful people, and a feel-good atmosphere. If you're passing through, definitely stop by. We'll definitely be back!

What can I say? The owners are exquisite, incredibly kind, and incredibly friendly. The traditional local food is excellent (and plentiful). We ate lunch in the gorgeous courtyard outside, with the sounds of nature in the background. The price was very reasonable. If you're passing through, stopping by is a must. They're also super helpful with recommendations for nearby places to visit if you'd like to go on excursions. Truly one of those places that makes you proud to live in this country, a true Italian gem. Once you've finished eating and chatted with the owners, you're truly happy to have had an incredible culinary and human experience. Congratulations!
