I have known this refuge for years: excellent traditional dishes from Valchiavenna, always welcoming and smiling people, wonderful views, many great activities for children, evening openings to dine and admire the stars. A splendid place to take a break in the middle of a summer walk or a day of skiing. A place where you will always feel welcomed and at home.

Self service is fast and really delicious, something you often don't expect from a self service. We also bought a wine, no small selection. Friendly and helpful staff, only one flaw: the slops need to be reviewed. Tip: it would be nice to be able to place warmers on the tables intended for meals

Beautiful place, friendly owners and staff, romantic dinners, you arrive with the cable car from Madesimo, in front of the Baby Park and the departure of the Cima Sole six-seater chairlift.

A Saturday evening to remember. Well organized self service. Good food with a decent variety of choices. Kindness and friendliness of all the staff. Warm and welcoming mountain environment. Excellent coffee and lots of friendliness at the bar service. Thank you

Bravissimi e gentili, sanno offrie al visitatore che arriva in quota i confort per trascorrere una giornata in montagna, complice l'affitto di lettini e sdraio e la cuina di piatti come wurstel, polenta, hamburger.

Via Vai

10/01/2025: The restaurant at B&B Via Vai is a combination of a warm atmosphere, attentive service and an excellent location in the center of Livigno. I really liked this place. The interior is made in a traditional alpine style: a lot of wood, soft lighting, everything looks simple, but tasteful. You feel at home. The restaurant staff is attentive, always smiling. The service is fast and unobtrusive, which I especially appreciate. If you are looking for a place where you can have a delicious dinner in a relaxed atmosphere, I recommend checking out the restaurant at B&B Via Vai. I didn’t want to leave at all!
06/01/2025: We spent 7 days in Livigno and were eating at Via Vai restaurant at least 3 times a day 😁😋 It's so convenient to ski down the slop, park the ski and have a coffee with a cake or vino caldo with la piadina veggie or anything you like. After kids finished their ski school, we had our daily early dinner and always took left overs to our apartment to finish in the evening. 😁☺️ The service is quick and attentive. The food is tasty. The atmosphere and the location is great. Very recommended.

28/01/2025: The food is perfect, cozy place with very good service and staff! We came two days in a row, unfortunately couldn’t make the following day because we left!
28/01/2025: Delicious food, the pasta is made by itself, I didn't have time to sit down after ordering and the food already arrived. Very good chocolate cake with white chocolate inside and panna cotta with berries. First class service, a very nice owner who pours limonchello for everyone upon leaving. In my opinion, the best restaurant in Livigno.
