A trip to Alpe Giumello to escape the heat: a corner of paradise with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Excellent cuisine, featuring authentic and flavorful traditional dishes. Try the yogurts and the ice cream sundae with cream and honeyed chestnuts—truly delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming. We'll be back.

We stopped by during the summer by chance. Everything was very good, the owners were friendly and helpful, and the prices were fair and average. Their amaro was excellent.

Lunch for four on a scorching Saturday in June. This location is perfect for a cool breeze, walks for all skill levels, and excellent food. You can find everything from mushroom pizzoccheri with polenta to the traditional dessert, yogurt with chestnuts and local honey, at a more than fair price. Reservations are recommended (they had two lunch sittings on Saturday).

This restaurant enjoys a prime location near the Alpe Giumello parking lot. I ate outside, but there's also seating inside. The menu is traditional mountain fare. The cold cuts and cheese platter is excellent. The pizzoccheri are truly delicious, as are the venison bites with polenta. The blueberry ice cream is fabulous. Even at peak times, the staff is always helpful and professional. Prices are fair.

The atmosphere was immediately welcoming and refined, immersed in a peaceful and authentic setting. The lunch was truly excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and great attention to presentation.
