I've been there several times to try the famous skewer, and it's never disappointed. It's important to leave room for biscuits at the end of the meal!
I reiterate what I said a year ago.
In the area for work, a colleague and I decided to stop for lunch at Ristoro Fontanazze.
Very friendly staff, a quiet atmosphere, fresh air (you can eat outside on the veranda), excellent food, all washed down with a nice Valdobbiadene Prosecco. Excellent value. I recommend it.

Had high expectations but this place fell flat. Firstly the food was just not impressive, while the cured meats and pickled vegetables were nice. The red salad with bacon and the veal meat were both extremely mediocre, the veal was also very expensive for the portion I got. My friends did enjoy the duck ragu pasta.
Service was friendly but made multiple mistakes, like forgetting drinks and giving me the wrong salad. Either way, this place did not live up to the standards I came to expect from this region.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while passing through Milano Marittima, and it was a lovely discovery. While we waited for our dishes, they offered us a delicious appetizer, and when it was time for coffee, they also offered me some biscotti. I must say, it was a real treat for the customer. The service was excellent, and so was the food. Congratulations, we will definitely be back when we're in the area. Well done.

Whenever we can and pass through the hills, we always try to book and have lunch here. The spit-roasted meat is delicious, and the dishes are all traditional, including the side dishes. A great place for families and groups of friends. I highly recommend it.
