I booked for my event with my eyes closed! And I couldn't have made a better choice! Superlative food served with great skill and professionalism, the availability of everyone from the managers to the waiters who made us feel special ☺️, thoughtfulness and attention to even the smallest details. Stunning setting surrounded by a wonderful forest. I will definitely entrust my other events to this team of professionals!

We spent a wonderful Easter day thanks to the care of all the staff. Kind, helpful waiters always with a smile. Excellent dishes with excellent raw materials and above all normal waiting times (given that the average wait for a dish in Basilicata is definitely much higher). We had a real gastronomic experience with an interesting and well-made menu, from the entrees to the dessert. We will certainly return to taste the pizzas and the à la carte menu. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect experience. Easter lunch, usually on these occasions there is always something wrong but instead everything is perfect. Accurate with the departure time Excellent appetizers, super first courses, fantastic second course, fresh and abundant dessert Bitter coffee. All this including drinks only €60 per person. After the meal, walk in the countryside. From today our favorite place to relax every time we return to Basilicata. Special note to who I believe is the restaurant manager, a guy with gold glasses and a beard. An exemplary professional with innate empathy. Compliments

Mi sono recata con la mia famiglia non sapendo cosa aspettarci… davvero tutto ottimo e di buon gusto .. a partire dall’antipasto al carpaccio di ananas.. personale di servizio molto cordiale e disponibile. Ambiente tranquillo e accogliente… cosa dire.. oltre ogni aspettativa; lo consiglierei sicuramente se si vuole trascorrere una giornata di festa in famiglia fuori porta.

Siamo stati al Ristoro Manferrara per festeggiare la nostra rimpatriata di classe, sì, proprio noi della classe del '75 e non avremmo potuto scegliere un posto migliore! La qualità del cibo e i prezzi erano davvero eccezionali: ogni piatto era preparato con tanta cura, abbondante e, soprattutto, delizioso. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, e il conto è stato più che onesto, cosa che oggi non si trova facilmente. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato l’atmosfera: calda e accogliente, quasi come essere a casa tra amici. Lo staff è stato impeccabile, sempre disponibile e con un sorriso per tutta la serata.È stata una serata indimenticabile, piena di risate, ricordi, buon cibo e tanta allegria. Un grande grazie al Ristoro Manferrara per averci fatto sentire come in famiglia.

We went to Ristoro Manferrara to celebrate our class reunion, yes, us from the class of '75 and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The quality of the food and the prices were truly exceptional: each dish was prepared with such care, plentiful and, above all, delicious. We ate really well, and the bill was more than honest, something that is not easily found today. But the real added value was the atmosphere: warm and welcoming, almost like being at home with friends. The staff were impeccable, always available and with a smile throughout the evening. It was an unforgettable evening, full of laughter, memories, good food and lots of fun. A big thank you to Ristoro Manferrara for making us feel like family.

Recommended restaurant for those who want to escape from the daily routine... Immersed in an oak forest, a few km from Pomarico and Matera, in the Manferrara forest.. Excellent value for money, from raw seafood to the traditional Lucanian pezzente sausage ragù, to try with pizza, wood-fired.. Recommended place for children.
