Truly beautiful! There's not much to see, the castle, the incredible view, you can only spend an hour, two at most, but it's truly breathtaking!

You can see the town in the valley. The vast vineyards and the blue sky. It was the end of December, but the sun was shining and it was warm, so I walked around in just a sweater.

The castle is strategically located, offering breathtaking views of the entire city and its surroundings. Beautifully restored and cared for by the FAI, it is set against the backdrop of the wonderful autumn colors. Thank you for this unexpected gift.

Beautiful castle ruins. Sweeping views of the valley. Normally free to visit. As an English speaker, I was annoyed/surprised that it costs €3 on FAI Day, even though you can't take the guided tour. I recommend that all non-Italian speakers come on a normal day, or learn Italian and then take the guided tour for €3. ☺️🙃

14/02/2026: Welcoming, fast and accurate service. Delicious food at a fair price. Quiet, beautiful location, not too big so not noisy. Parking and a view guaranteed. I recommend it.
27/12/2025: My boyfriend and I went for lunch. We wanted to say a big thank you to Vale and Mari, who served us with such passion. As for the food, there's not much to say; it was all spectacular. Kudos to them for being a true agriturismo that upholds tradition. We highly recommend it. The atmosphere is family-friendly, it feels like lunch at your grandparents' house. Kudos again and thank you. We'll definitely be back!
