Ristorantino Alla Speranza In Forni di sopra

This lovely little restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I found it on Google maps when planning a visit to Forni di Sopra and discovered it had been recently rennovated by new owners. It has a lovely warm ambience and provides a modern twist on traditional local cuisine. We really enjoyed all the dishes we tried and I have to say, the fiochetti pasta with pear and a gorgonzola cream sauce was exquisite!

We booked quite randomly, but we had a great time. The place was welcoming, the food excellent, the portions just right, and the service friendly and attentive. I think we'll be back!

We had lunch at Osteria La Speranza. We had an apple frico, a scudiela, and green gnocchi. They were all delicious with refined flavors. The prices are fair. The owners are friendly and helpful. The interior has been recently renovated and reflects the typical Carnic style. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and very kind owners The menu is short but comprehensive, which is absolutely perfect for a mountain restaurant where you go after skiing or a hike.

What can I say? Linda, Tiziano, and Elena are truly excellent. We ate very well in a warm and welcoming environment, using local and abundant products. A very pleasant experience.

We found this old osteria, recently renovated by the young family, an excellent place with local-style furnishings, exclusively local food, traditional cuisine, local wines, and an excellent wine list. The prices are reasonable, very good, and I would return.
