A small restaurant with excellent cuisine, quality ingredients, and original dishes. They have a different menu every week. The atmosphere is pleasant and homey. Recommended (reservations recommended)!

It is my favorite restaurant in the Zoldo valley. Not only for the always delicious, always different and always surprising dishes, but also for the friendliness and passion that the owners also transmit to us customers. You can see that they love cooking and care a lot about this beautiful place. And me too!

25/08/2025: I wasn't thrilled at all, perhaps because when I read "stube," I expect something much more traditional, especially on the menu, which is decidedly touristy and poorly curated (photo provided). I would have preferred fewer dishes, but more typical/local. The shank they served me wasn't anything special; in fact, it was probably undercooked. The place is decent enough, but nothing more.
23/08/2025: A casual, local atmosphere, good-quality traditional dishes, and a pleasant surprise: the low bill. Try the craft beers.

12/08/2025: Extremely kind, helpful, and polite staff. Beautiful venue, excellent service. Strategic location. Highly recommended for breakfast, aperitifs, and restaurants.
11/08/2025: This lovely hotel is very conveniently located just 10 minutes from the bus terminal and 5 minutes from the city center. I requested a room with a terrace, so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the view from the balcony every day. The breakfast area had a wide variety of dishes and sweets, so many that I couldn't try them all in just 3 days. The gazpacho and herb gelato I had for lunch were also delicious, and I could see why there were so many guests there during aperitif time and in the evening. Although I was traveling alone, the staff were very kind to me, and I'd like to visit the Dolomites again in about 3 years!
