Ristorante „Zum Lampl“ In Castelrotto

Stay from October 17 to 19, 2025: splendid room in size, finishes, and cleanliness. Half-board service with excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff. Top-floor pool with retractable roof and views of the Castelrotto bell tower, saunas, and relaxation rooms. Superlative hotel.

The hotel is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint. Very fresh, clean, and in a modern yet elegant style. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The spa is very welcoming. However, there is only one open-plan relaxation area. The sun loungers and hot tub on the terrace are excellent. The pool is very charming. A small comment regarding breakfast: there aren't many options for those with dairy allergies or vegans.

Simply a super hotel in the heart of beautiful Castelrotto.

The service was very nice but we have eaten tastier tarte flambée.

Everything is top notch, I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I stayed three days at this magnificent hotel to fully enjoy the mountains, relaxing and hiking in the various refuges. The hotel is right in the center, convenient for reaching Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena, and Ortisei. All the staff were super friendly, they pamper you and make you feel at ease. The only negative is the breakfast (they have the same cakes every day, they should vary a bit) and the lack of fresh fruit; there were always strawberries and fruit in syrup. We also really enjoyed the spa, a relaxing moment with a beautiful panoramic view.

I was thinking about some flaws in our stay at this hotel, but honestly, I couldn't find any. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a spacious balcony. The dinner was Michelin-star caliber, the breakfast was generous and varied. The spa area and pool were simply beautiful, with views of the Castelrotto bell tower, which stands out right above the pool, and Mount Sciliar. Covered parking was included in the room rate, and the staff was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. All this certainly comes at a price, which is in line with the high prices in the area. In any case, from now on, when I choose a hotel, my go-to will be the Hotel Lamm in Castelrotto. Oh, and they also accept dogs, which was an added bonus for us.

First of all: The dinner is truly perfect: 5 stars plus! However, we've experienced more extensive and unusual offerings at the breakfast buffet, the presentation, and the salad buffet in the evening in South Tyrol for this standard (price). The spa area is beautiful, but noticeably overheated in the summer. It's impossible to create a feel-good atmosphere. We felt that this hotel somehow lacked soul.

We stayed at Hotel Lamm for a few days as a couple, and the experience was simply perfect. The hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail: from the modern yet warm and welcoming spaces, to the impeccable cleanliness, to the spectacular mountain views. The location, in the heart of Castelrotto, is extremely convenient for both strolling through the town center and reaching the Alpe di Siusi. Breakfast is a triumph of freshness and variety, featuring top-quality local products. We also loved the panoramic terrace: relaxing by the pool while gazing at the Dolomites is an experience we'll never forget. The staff was always kind and attentive, making us feel pampered from the first to the last minute. In short: a perfect place for those seeking relaxation, romance, and high-quality service. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

A very elegant hotel, beautiful facilities, and excellent organization. The staff is welcoming and professional. Special mention goes to the food... It's addictive, absolutely worth trying.
