Ristorante Zi’Ntonio In Sorrento

Food was fantastic, service was a bit chaotic.

Dinner at Ristorante Zi Ntonio was not only delicious but full of laughter. Portions were generous, prices reasonable, and the staff were super friendly—always joking with us and making the evening memorable. The T-bone steak was perfectly tender and juicy, while the angel hair pasta with shrimp served in a basket was light, flavorful, and truly special. The highlight came with dessert: I asked if the tiramisu was big enough for three, and the waiter cheekily compared it to the size of an Italian sausage. He first served a small piece to tease us, then surprised us with the real full-size portion—such a playful and warm touch. We left full, happy, and with big smiles. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great food and a fun Italian dining experience.

The Diavolo Pizza, Cannelloni and Gnocchi were delicious! Service was meh, not very friendly staff. They seem to get too busy and are not very attentive especially after you’re done eating and want the bill so you can leave. The food makes it worth the spend and time but don’t be in a hurry!

Came here a second time and food was again amazing as was the service! The waiters suggested phenomenal local wine and house specials. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and true, old timey vibes. Will come again soon!

The restaurant is very very good. We were recommended by our hotel host to try this place and it did live up to his word! We can clearly see why all the locals still visit here. The food and variety of choice is amazing, we had the seafood risotto and the gnocchi which were both faultless, this was the best Italian food we had in 5 days in Italy by quite a stretch. The service was very attentive and professional, any questions they are more than happy to help. Finally the live music which is great for the atmosphere along with the decor topped off a great meal/restaurant.

Great place to have a dinner. Even though it's right at the center of Sorrento, it is not a "tourist trap", by a mile. Food was great, from Caprese salad to pizza Capricciosa, from Tagliolini in Crosta to Creme Brulee. And the wait staff is great. Carmine and Allessandro are funny and amazing. We really enjoyed the food and the time spent here.

Hands down my favourite meal from our Italian holiday. A solid recommendation from the poolside bar man at Hotel Mary ( Vico Enquese) I had the cannoli and still think about it months after returning home … Staff were lovely 🥰
