The creativity in the pairings is truly remarkable: quality ingredients, combined with taste and imagination, create flavors that never tire and surprise with every bite. Special praise also goes to the wait staff: kind, attentive, and always smiling, they make every customer feel welcome and at home. Impeccable service and perfect timing. An experience that combines tradition and innovation. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: This is my second time back at Gli Artigiani, and I've been assured that it's a pizzeria far above average. Delicious pizzas, made with quality ingredients, and unusual yet surprising flavor combinations. There wasn't a single off note in anything we ate. There were two of us, and we tried the Chiodo and Freaky pizzas, both truly rich and flavorful. A true taste experience. We also shared the brownie with fior di latte gelato, which was also mouth-watering. Prices are perhaps a little above average, but all in all, very affordable—after all, quality comes at a price. The only flaw I'd perhaps attribute to the restaurant, which, being very small, doesn't allow for a quick turnover of diners. So, even though we had a reservation for 10 pm, they seated us almost an hour later, effectively rendering the reservation point pointless. But otherwise, these are all positive comments, staff included.
