Sushi Alba is a large and welcoming all-you-can-eat restaurant, perfect for dinners with friends or large groups. The restaurant focuses on the buffet formula, a convenient and quick choice for those who want to taste a bit of everything without having to order every single course. The flavors are generally good and some dishes are appreciated, even if the overall quality is not excellent – ​​but, on the other hand, it is understandable in an AYCE where the aim is to offer variety rather than haute cuisine. The fish is decent and the preparations well presented, although the buffet selection could be a little wider. Prices are normal for this type of proposal, with no surprises. A pleasant extra comes from the desserts: despite being packaged, they are tasty and end the meal well. In summary, Sushi Alba offers a good all-you-can-eat experience, suitable for those looking for a hearty and tasty meal, without too many pretensions. A more than acceptable compromise between quantity, price and taste.

Apart from the hair I found in the mozzarella gunkan which I found repulsive, the service was ok and the food as well. (Ps. Be careful next time, no one wants to eat a hair😉❤️)

Cibo buonissimo, grande varietà di piatti tutti molto curati, scelta di dolci ampissima (questi ovviamente a pagamento come in ogni sushi). Personale gentile, accogliente, servizio veloce. Piacevolissima sorpresa, da rifare!

Scottato dall'ultima esperienza dopo svariati anni ritorno in questo ristorante. Menù ed arredamento sono cambiati (in meglio). Al solito faccio il mio "stress-test" ordinando svariati piatti, tutti diversi. La scelta del menù è ampia e si ordina tutto comodamente tramite tablet. Non c'è un limite di piatti e considerando il servizio piuttosto veloce (solo un piatto dimenticato) è bene ordinare poco per volta. Per la prima volta trovo e provo le arachidi bollite. Niente di particolare, anzi più si raffreddano meno diventano appetibili. Anatra da evitare. Tutto il resto, pur senza eccellere, l'ho trovato buono. Suggerisco di concludere con il "nutella maki" come dolce. Lo troverete tra i secondi, quindi compreso nel menù. Personale cordiale. Considerando i 24,90 € per un giorno festivo (a cui va poi aggiunto il coperto di 2 € e l'acqua da 3 €) il prezzo è onesto e perfino poco sotto la media di Modena
