Recommended by the B&B manager while visiting Anguillara, we went there. The welcome was warm and the food excellent, with refined combinations and well-chosen accompaniments. The lake fish was also a highlight.
The gelatinous emulsion that accompanied the fried lake fish was wonderful. There are no photos because I ate the whole thing 😉

This restaurant was recommended by a local. Gourmet cuisine, like the sea bass carpaccio with passion fruit compote, is truly superb. The service is a bit distracted: we were offered dishes that weren't available, and we were promised liqueurs at the end of the meal that never arrived.

The service was average, the spaghetti with clams tasteless, the fried mixed seafood was good. In the end, they didn't charge me for the spaghetti.

I don't recommend it. The food is bland, the portions are small, the service is slow, and it's extremely expensive. That's all I have to say.

We ate very well, excellent seafood; the buttered salmon served as an appetizer was exquisite.
The location was excellent, with a table on the veranda overlooking the lake. They were kind and helpful, even accommodating my 4-year-old daughter.

We went blind with the motorcycle group.
A family-friendly yet refined atmosphere, a lake view, good meat, generous portions. The guy who served us was incredibly friendly. Go there, we'll be back.

We came here on the recommendation of the B&B manager, and were truly satisfied. We tried the seafood risotto, which was truly delicious—all the ingredients seemed fresh—cooked just right, with the perfect amount of salt, and a generous portion. Then there was the sea bass in a zucchini and pistachio crust, truly exquisite—crispy to perfection, the fish well-cooked, and the portion just right to keep you from tiring. Prices were average, but considering the quality, it was money well spent!

A casual restaurant overlooking the lake, with fast and efficient service. The appetizer was wow! Balanced saltiness, acidity, and sweetness in a mix of flavors that exploded in the mouth. The spaghetti with clams was perfect, confirming that perfectly presenting a dish considered "simple" requires care and skill. Well done!
