Restaurant that if it were in Bologna to find a table you would have to book a month in advance. The quality and freshness of the raw material is unmatched by all the sushi restaurants I have tried and I guarantee that I have tried them all in Bologna and the province if you like eating Chinese-Japanese I recommend you try it.

I was curious to try it, and from the reviews I read I had high expectations. Nothing special, I have tried other restaurants with the "All you can eat" formula which are clearly superior!

The place is more like a trattoria but it didn't take away the magic of the Orient as soon as you sat down. The raw materials were cooked with experience, the patience and the friendliness were there. Next time I meet I'll see what rating I'll give you, thank you very much.

I went to dinner with friends, good sushi, quick but not "chaotic" service. The dishes are served a little at a time, without filling the table - often in Chinese restaurants they serve you many dishes all at once - which I appreciated. Friendly staff.

Cozy place. Very refined dishes both aesthetically and in the choice of ingredients. Fresh fish and quick service. Excellent availability from the staff. Recommended for both families and couples

05/04/2025: Non sono rimasta particolarmente impressionata: certo le aspettative sono alte quando in cucina c'è un chef molto noto. Il palazzo è bellissimo ed elegante, in posizione molto centrale. Cibo di tradizione bolognese, come è giusto con ospiti anche stranieri, ma per il mio giudizio molto lontano dalla perfezione (nelle case bolognesi in generale si mangia meglio di così). Servizio attento, ma non indimenticabile. Aperitivo servito in piedi con servizio un po' frettoloso. Il palazzo è bellissimo, meriterebbe più attenzione alla qualità dei cibi e all'attenzione per gli ospiti.
