The taste is decent. If you're looking for Italian food that suits the Korean palate, this is a good choice. However, considering the decent taste, the price is a bit high. Above all, the 5 euro seat charge is a bit steep. However, the atmosphere and service are excellent. However, I'd like to emphasize that you should double-check your bill before paying. I was wondering why there was an extra dish I didn't order, but the waiter, perhaps sensing something odd after meticulously examining the bill, brought it back to me, saying there was a mistake. I suspect they were trying to overcharge me by 21 euros. Please!!! Check your receipt carefully!!!

Fantastic dinner at Frescobaldi Firenze. Our favorites—beef carpaccio, truffle pasta, and tagliata—were spot on: clean, delicate carpaccio; properly aromatic truffle pasta; tagliata nicely seared outside and juicy inside. The wine paired beautifully. Service was unobtrusive yet friendly with well-paced courses. A live concert on the square added a special touch. We’d gladly return.

Great spot right at the Piazza Della Signoria. Food was excellent. Pasta was so fresh. The proteins, chicken and beef, were amazing. Tomatoes were excellent as well. The photos do not do justice of the amazing dessert. This place should be on everyone's rotation when they visit Florence.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but: when the waiter is unable to assign a wine to the correct table when there are 12 people present and then pours it at another table, that shouldn't happen. The starter, the tartar di tonno, was very good, the tagliata was almost cooked instead of "rare" (as requested when ordering), the arugula was somewhat woody and not marinated, and the Parmesan cheese was carelessly decorated as if sliced ​​by a meat slicer instead of shaved. When I left the restaurant, no one was there or interested in saying goodbye. So it's not surprising that the restaurant was sparsely attended, even though the online reservation in advance stated that all appointments at 12:00, 12:30, and 1:00 p.m. were not available.
