Normally we are wary of restaurants positioned in busy touristy piazzas, but this is an exception. We had a great meal here, friendly service, a great wine list by the glass, good GF choices, and all in a great position seeing all the sights of the Piazza Signoria.

In the heart of Florence is the restaurant of the Frescobaldi marquises famous for the production of wines and their estates. The restaurant is elegant and refined and has an enchanting outdoor area for dining overlooking Piazza della Signoria. The menu features revisited Tuscan dishes. The idea of lamb with asparagus cream and some anchovies and creme brulee with ice cream is fantastic. strawberry, excellent service and of course the wines.

Piazza della Signoria, excellent location, nice place with elegant tables inside and with the possibility of eating outside outside (but obviously without air conditioning); despite the good food and good wine, the difference is made by the venue, the name, the service and the atmosphere. A few euros above average (but the restaurant is not average), but I left happy.

There are not many places in the world more famous than Piazza della Signoria. It is therefore very pleasing that there is a first class and reasonably priced restaurant. We love going there when we have guests from out of town and have never been disappointed.

Had lunch here several times. The food is good but not extraordinary. The location is perfect, in piazza Signoria. Love the outdoor seating. Probably will come back.

Finalmente sono riuscita ad andare in codesto ristorante e le aspettative non sono state deluse! 😊 Locale elegante e raffinato, cibo di qualità ben cucinato e presentato, personale molto disponibile... La cosa che più mi ha colpito il bagno, bellissimo!! 🤩🤩 Da vedere.... Complimenti per tutto.
