A great place to stop for refreshments after a 3-hour hike.

Superb hospitality from the owner. Excellent food and drinks.

It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars. From the phone call to the table reservation, which I was already totally thrilled with because of the super-friendly phone call, to the wonderful welcome, we felt truly valued as guests. The delicious food in a superb location was a perfect match. Thank you for the hospitality – says the collie too.

We were there for the second time, and it was delicious again. The homemade noodles and the trout were excellent, and the landlady was very friendly. Thank you, we'll be back.

Amazing food, superb service, and top quality. There were three of us and we ordered plenty of typical dishes and were not disappointed. A big shout-out to the friendly chef who took the time to explain the dishes to us. ☺️

A very good restaurant, known especially for its top-quality trout. Decent value for money. More than just a day-trip restaurant... Many locals also come here to eat.

Super delicious! I had dumplings with salad from the buffet. The portions are really large, but if you know that, you can always ask for a smaller portion. My requests were very kindly accommodated. It would be nice if smaller portions were also available on the menu, because otherwise a lot of the food would probably end up being thrown away. Otherwise, very good service, very friendly staff. Overall, a good atmosphere.

On the way to the waterfall, we simply had to stop at this inn. The drinks and the ice cream, which was new to us, were absolutely delicious! The service was very friendly, and the prices were more than fair. Highly recommended before or after visiting the waterfall.

Very nice, good food, but unfortunately quite popular with tourists...so it gets quite crowded on nice days. I recommend taking the Texelbahn cable car and from there over the waterfall to the restaurant. A leisurely hike (some parts are quite steep downhill - good shoes help), easy to do with children, and very varied.

The guesthouse is located right next to the waterfall. Very friendly service, incredibly delicious food. Highly recommended 😀 We'd love to come back.
