Lovely people 🤗. From service to food all perfect

Neighbors at the motorhome parking lot in Völlan raved about the waterfall several times and took us there yesterday. What can I say? Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I each ordered baked trout with fried potatoes. The trout was sensational and the garlic filling was to die for. The fried potatoes tasted like potatoes with the right roasted flavor and not like salt like in many other places. That was cooking Mom's way. Unfortunately the holiday is over now, but there is still next year. Thanks to our parking space neighbors Frank and Conny for taking us with us.

Totally nice inn with an incredibly good pear strudel - you have to try it :) But everything else is really delicious too! Always worth a visit :)

Highly recommended, we were at the Gasthaus Wasserfall with 10 people today. The tables were quickly pushed together and we were served very friendly. The food was exceptionally good and plentiful. Highly recommended, we would love to come back. See you soon.

We thought we were hungry. And we ordered two portions of Kaiserschmarrn for two adults. Big mistake: the portions were HUGE! So it happened that we couldn't eat everything. Although super tasty: juicy, airy dough. Slightly caramelized. At our request with raisins. And cranberry jam and applesauce. The friendly service was understanding. And experience. And therefore suitable packaging so that we could take the delicious leftovers with us.

Whenever we go on vacation in Partschins and the surrounding area: we always come here to eat at least 2 or 3 times! The fried trout (plus a salad from the buffet!) is a hit, but the Kaiserschmarren tops everything! The best in all of South Tyrol! Plus large portions, fair prices, great quality and super friendly staff! For us it's almost like family!

Every time when we go Corinna feels like our home, we discovered the place about four years ago and follows the whole season from opening to closing.

Very good food and cozy atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. 4th generation family business. You will encounter warmth here and we will be happy to come back. Just great!
